・ホテルのカジノがメインの目的だったので、満喫しました。それよりもより　良かったのは、ホテルのスタッフがとても礼儀正しくフレンドリーだったこ　とです。今まで宿泊したホテルのベストでした。食事もコンチネンタル、ド　ミニカンフード、いろんなバリエーションありでエンジョイしました。 ・エレベーターに乗るのも、プール、エクササイズルームに行くのもすべて　部屋のキー〔カード〕ひとつで行ける。外部の人が入らずに、セキュリテイ　ーがしっかりしていて良かった。

ホテルに到着した日、通常あるはずだと思っていた歯磨き用のブラッシとペーストがなくてあせりました。ホテ- ル近くにある様子もなくてその晩は歯磨き無しです。次の日、スタッフに有無を確かめたところ2人分を持って- きてくれました。滞在中の補充はなかったが、あるはずだと思っていたものがなかったのは非常にショックでし- た。

I liked it all at Melia Santo Domingo now Magna 365. The pool area is very nice with a deep pool and nice view of the Malecon and the rooms are very big and clean with very good beds. Also if you want to visit the colonial area Melia is very well situated. A luxury hotel!

The breakfast is average and the main restaurant is not what are you expecting from a 5 stars hotel.

The cleanliness of the Hotel.

WFI service should be free along with the cost of the room.

Considering that I travel a lot, receptionist Wilber was the worst hotel receptionist I`ve ever met.

This is my third time at this hotel. I must say my first two times at Melia, were wonderful. I stayed on Level floor so my service was much better than on regular floors. The staff on Level floors were wonderful! Always caring and wanting to provide the best service.

This time at Melia, was not as good. I arrived, very tired and went to room on Level, paid the extra price, as Booking did not offer those rooms, got to room and ac did not work efficiently and the refrigerator in room did not work. The staff member who helped us to room, must stated" it was a hot day and you are on top floor, so ac didnt work as well." For me this was unacceptable. So I asked for another room that ac and refrigerator were working properly. This was after I had unpacked. So it was now late evening and I was changing rooms. Just unacceptable. Got to breakfast in morning, and they wanted to charge me for breakfast, as the staff had made an error in data about my visit. And the breakfast was cold. I told the manager of breakfast problem, and all he could state was he was sorry. And still tried to charge me. Most uncomfortable for me. Not a great welcome to hotel I so enjoyed previously. I do think they are charging more for everything and the service is not commensurate with the prices and service. I also must state that there were some staffers who were wonderful and knew that I was being mistreated. On my last day there for breakfast, the woman in charge tried to charge me for breakfast, it was unreal. It was another staffer, who stood up for me and stated that this person, me had a breakfast plan. Im not sure I will stay there anymore. Just too many issues this time. Again some staffers were wonderful. But overall experience was not as positive as before.

I've like by the first day the way they receive me and my fiance,and the the service was good specially with the security.The cleaning service was very nice too,and I can't say nothing bad about them for real real.

Empleados de servicio a la habitación muy amable

No ofrecen nada atractivo hacia el cliente y empresario (comida, internet ) precio muy costoso en bufete para la comida que brindan

Los ailmentos la tranquilidad centrico o habitaciones comodas

Si que las llaves de mi habitacion no funcionaron por 2 dias y tenia q it al counter a cambiarlas y me la entregavan y no funcionavan

En realidad todo me gusto , es un resort para pasar unas buenas vacaciones bien relajado

La posizione dell'hotel davanti all'oceano e' ottima, le camere sono comode e abbastanza pulite.

I servizi dell'hotel non sono proprio il massimo in considerazione della qualita' che potrebbe e dovrebbe offrire ai propri clienti, ed in particolare : internet solo a pagamento, costo della colazione altissimo, il bagno e' molto piccolo e mal funzionante per non parlare poi delle tessere per accedere sia alle camere sia in ascensore che per farle funzionare c'e' da impazzire!!! Inoltre I taxi convenzionati dell' hotel hanno prezzi assurdi e completamente fuori del mercato locale.

Tienen que poner los impuestos incluidos en el precio del hotel, asi uno no se confunde y tienen que arreglar los baños, demasiado dinero como para tener un cuarto de baño tan barato.

Al prezzo della prenotazione Booking Com. Ho ottenuto una camera ad un piano Basso con affaccio su di un cortile adibito a parcheggio.Nella camera non c'era nemmeno un minibar.Non sarebbe più' opportuno offrire ai clienti direttamente un upgrade oppure specificare meglio l'offerta?

Bem localizado, a beira-mar e perto do centro histórico. Atendimento excelente, inclusive havia um senhor manobrista muito simpático e prestativo que está estudando português. Muito conforto no quarto.

Sinceramente, dopo un soggiorno globalmente molto positivo, mi è sembrato davvero squallido, fuori luogo e una caduta di stile impressionante subire un taxi per l'aereoporto a 40$, prezzo assolutamente fuori mercato rispetto ai livelli della città e dell'hotel stesso. Non ci volevo credere quando me lo disse il tassista, ma quando poi mi fú risposto che era la tariffa pattuita con l'hotel e chiamai alla reception trovando conferma di quell'abominevole tariffa della quale - tra l'altro - non mi fú fatto cenno previo, mi cambió tutta la percezione dell'intera esperienza: per questo non tornerò più in un Meliá.

el servicio de limpieza habitaciones, no cambian las sabanas si no reclamas que lo hagan , la poca educacion de su personal que casi no se dignan a responder a el saludo y la mirada que tienen de estar haciendote un favor en vez de ser amables con el cliente
