The proprietor, Baldemiro, picked us up at the airport, saw to our every whim, and worked tirelessly to secure our reservation in our next destination....he was up until 11pm, calling to find us the right thing, for the right price. The place was squeaky clean, the air conditioning was refreshing after the hot, humid street, and you couldn't ask for a better staff. When we arrived, he summed up our stay, by placing our bags on our bed, and saying, "This is your home for the next 3 days!" Great guy!

    Loved it all!

Location - Mine was business cum leisure trip. Location is excellent. Right on the Calle El Conde. Couple of minutes walk to Colonial Zone, Restaurants, ATM, Jumbo Super Market, Stores. Continuous vigilance by local police makes the place safer. Staff - Bilingual Staff who speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, bit of Italian. 24 Hrs Reception. The owner Mr. Baldimero whenever possible himself reaches to guest to know their experience or whether they need anything. Mr Moreno the Manager of the hotel is excellent human being. Facilities - Considering the budget hotel the facilities are great. 24 hours wi fi, clean bed and toilet, TV with local channels, working air conditioner, a small business center with 2 computers, common dining table, common water cooler, common refrigerator to store your food items.

Great location on El Conde pedestrian street in the heart of the colonial city. Most staff were very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi in rooms near reception desk is good. Free drinking water available. Good for a night or two to be in the center location. Jumbo supermarket is about 5 minute walk away.

The rooms are very cell-like with no windows and small. No fridge or desk or tables in room. Breakfast is piece of toast and a slice of processed cheese. The price of rooms adds up with all of the taxes. 18% ITBIS, 10% service and additional 5% for paying with credit card. This equals 33% extra on the price quoted on - so be prepared for that. I paid US$40 for a tiny double. You can get a better room for $30 or $35 nearby.

Receptionists speak at least Spanish, French and English. The hotel is very well located in the center of the colonial city - on a car-free street. A secured car park is really closed to the hotel - not so much expensive (15 pesos per hour).

    only localication is really OK

I dont recomend that hotel. Room was really small - only bed (max 10m2), with out window and with out air, and AC didnt work, nothing what You can read in information isnt truth. breakfast its like nothing. I wouldnt look for place to stay in the night so I stayed in Munumental Hotel one night - but I was not able to stay there more.

Excellent location: great that it is right at the pedestrian street Calle El Conde. Very quiet. Staff generally helpful. Clean. Includes breakfast (coffee, orange juice, two slices of bread - which is just nice for me).

Only window is in toilet highand is and small. Shower spills out onto floor so you have to be careful. No wi-fi in room, which is something easy to fix.
