the music coming from the poolside , was very disturbing at nights ,,, cant sleep ..and ,, please dont touch the mini bar in your room .. its a killer !! very expensive ..

The best is the location in front of the sea, and for this reason the rate is a good deal.

That it's no welcome drink e.g. a littlte bottle of water included in the price, they offer a bottle an the desk but you have to pay for this too, and the second thing is that for two people in the room they only serve two big towels and one small towel and no towel or something like that for bathroom's floor.

First all I was charming by the location and then the breakfast,the nightclub. That's it jr

Overpriced. They also did not accept the paid reservation via Booking;com and made me pay separately , again. ! I will have to reserve someone"s charge as I believe I will be double charged by you and them. Too confusing.

This is the 4th time I stayed in the napolitano and always like it because the location and the price of the hotel, but the service is so bad the people that work in from work and in the bar are always are hateful and angry, only one is sympathetic and is the doorman and some of the girls, the food is terribly bad, bad, I was to leave out food to eat because of the hotel could not eat I order a lobster altermidor and they gave me something else I tell the waiter that was not what I asked and did not even offered to change I hope they change because I like the hotel for its location and the terraza is very good

The position - internet wireless free in the swimming pool

I basically like the all setthings nothing disrupted my feeling about staying overthere

Location...location...location,great ocean view from the windows, restaurant, spa, barber shop, nightclub, casino, pool, internet, programmable safe inside the closet, in other words you can find everything you may want in one place in a well designed building.

The bathroom: sink was badly damaged, the toilet flooded and there was no hot water only lukewarm

breakfast was good, location central to colonial zone, so could leave car secure and walk

room pretty shabby for price, things falling off walls, no hot water and light bulbs missing in one of the rooms

Slecht, als ik ga betaen in de front desk, ik moet betalen kamer tips of tip room voor meer dan 100.00 hundred euro, 7,291.47 47 dominican pesos, plus 100.00 euro room charge(4,557.19) dominican pesos. Ongeveer hundred euro. Hoe kan dat? .Meer dan 200.00 hundred euro in room tips en belastting, dat is slecht omdat als ik de heb de kamer gererveerd ik weet niet over de legal tip voor de room. Ik weet altijd over de belasting dat is normal maar de ander 100.00 euro voor de room legal tip, is niet normal.

La ubicacion y la comida,los empleados muy atentos.

Las alfonbras de los pasillos y q en las habitaciones no hay plancha.
