Napolitano Hotel  

Proximity to Sea and view of Sea from the room. They have good breakfast.

During the Night they play music in their restaurant which is too loudy and you can hear it in your room with all the windows closed. Moreover they have busy road just front of hotel on which traffic is going on 24hours. During the night, noise of this traffic also come inside room creating problem in sound sleep.

The room was nice pass key entry with safe box in room, nice elevators, nice bar and dinning area. Lobby small but nice with doorman. Good maid service

The casino was still under contsruction, the water never got above luke warm, The closets were small and the view facing the ocean was ok but you were also facing the main highway, which the heavy traffic ran 24/7 hard to sleep.

The bugs that bit us while we slept. The broken sewer under the elevator. The door next to the elevator, leading to the upper floor without a handled. the shower was consider clean maybe in a third world amosphere. Between the music noise coming from the second level ghetto sounding disco, and the bugs bites, cant say was was worse.

Overpriced. They also did not accept the paid reservation via Booking;com and made me pay separately , again. ! I will have to reserve someone"s charge as I believe I will be double charged by you and them. Too confusing.

The front desk staff and door man were great. They all were helpful and very friendly.

Towels were old and were not readily available. Only one wash cloth per room. Cleaning staff never vacuumed the rooms. I am ont sure my sheets were changed every night. Got charged for room bar even when I never ate or drank from the bar.

Good location, private pool. Breakfast included. Disco on premises as well as restaurant on premises.

Better security, more bilingual staff.

El hotel esta en el malecon y tiene una vista bonita, que es importante porque Santo Domingo no tiene playas. Tambien la piscina en la terraza para tomar sol. El personal del hotel, especialmente los camareros, muy amables. De noche en el malecon se pone kisokos, cafe, musica en vivo, asisten gente local, es bueno para dar un paseo y conocer de la vida de los ciudadanos

Las habitaciones son muy pequenas y viejas, oliendo a humedad. Varias veces durante mi estancia se danaba el tubo y no habia agua. Casi todas las noches en la terraza se pone musica en vivo hasta 1-2 de la madrugada y penetra en la habitacion como si la tocaran en la misma. Si viajan con los ninos, nunca se van a dormir. Si tiene problemas con sueno, evite el hotel. Los precios demasiado altos en el restaurante, el desayuno poco variado pero hay frutas.
