This all-inclusive resort is right on the beach in Bavaro. It features 5 restaurants, a full-service spa and a spacious outdoor swimming pool. Wi-Fi is available in public areas.
Score from 311 reviews Very good
Nice nature and animals.
Annoying that was offered all kinds of services, when all I wanted was to have some rest. People very pushy and persuasive. I doubt that this is really a 5 start hotel.
I really dont like
Very old hotel, poor.
Food was good,very friendly staff
The difficulty to get reservations to the restaurants
The room was about the size of a college dorm. The beds were very uncomfortable. The doorknob walking out to the patio broke off in our hand. The safe that we paid f In the bathroom, you could look up through the ceiling into the rafters. we did not have a meal there, and the private beach area looked OK.the property itself on the outside was very attractive. There was no rhyme or reason to the check in process. Everyone cut in and out of line and while you were being helped, that person would stop what he was doing and go help someone else.
The staff was excellent. The best part of the trip. Food was good.Super clean. I recommend it for a very good price. Beautiful social areas. My daughter loved it. if you are expecting fancy and luxury don even bother
The beds and the room need upscale
The staff and food were very good. They kept up with the upkeep as best as they could. It's just an older resort.
The resort was a little older that I thought it would be. Could use better entertainment at night. Too many vendors there to bother you. You come there to relax and have a nice time. Having to keep saying no all the time. Have them come on one day of the week only. The beach had some type of weed on it and it wasn't pretty.
I love everything about this resort. I will come back soon!!!! I'd recommend it to all my friends and family
Loved the natural beauty and setting of the resort (including flamingos, peacocks, ducks, fish) itself with a beachfront not too long in depth. Warm, clean, blue water with white sand on the beach. The entertainment was fun. Friendly staff (it may have helped that we were there with a Dominican).
The food wasn't that great at any of the restaurants, even with so many choices. Response to calls for some requests (tub drain clogged, fresh towels) wasn't always prompt - "we'll be there in 15 minutes" after 2 calls and no one came. Would have liked more umbrellas on the beach.
Food was not as good as other all inclusive resorts and rooms a little tired.
The food was good, but they repeated the same thing every day.
Structure is ugly, only buffet restaurants are opened, no one cleaned my room, and the bed was hard like a table and some other things that I didn't like. This hotel is horrible I don't recommended to anyone; I rate this hotel with one *
Difficult to say, I think only flamingos. I was happy when the weekend was over.
1. European plugs 2. Poor Internet 3. Service at the reception - bad 4. Animations - poor 5. Food - cheap and not tasty 6. Rooms - dirty with mold and huge cockroaches ! (one was walking on my head). Better do not smell the pillow.... 7. Hotel - old and stinky Definetely ** not ***** hotel !!!
staff was cool. food was ok. lagoons with flamingos and other birds was probably the highlight.
seemed like it took forever to check in. room we had was kinda small and rooms didnt feel very secure. doors (main and slider) seemed kinda janky and the locks didnt lead one to believe they were very secure. not that it didnt seem safe but compared to other hotels and resorts probably the worst we've stayed at. beach also didnt seem very clean alot of sea grass had washed up and the crew "maintaining" the beach...either had to much ground to cover or not enough people
I like the beach, the restaurants,
the room is too old they need a renewal. Internet is soo expensive
the beach, the pool, surroundings, the steak-house and seafood restaurants.
wi-fi service is expensive and not reliable, not available in the room. quality of cocktail drinks is so-so.
O loved that ir was great for families with little kids and babies. We went with our 5 months old baby and it was wonderfull . People there made us feel like home. We will definitely go back again . Juanito at the burgers grill by the beach was so friendly !!!!!!
The sea food restaurant and Italian could improve their food . Other than that it was great
The beach, the garden, the always smiling staff
Rooms needs a little more attention, several cokroaches and zink which were not working
Great resort - good value for money. The park at the hotel was gorgeous with lots to see - both trees, plants and birds like peacocks and flamingoes. The beach was wonderful - white sand and turquise water and always enough sunbeds. I was there fr a week and it was sunny absolutely the whole time (April) and there was a wind that kept it from being too hot. They have lots of activities (sports, games and competitions) for both children and adults. The food was good - Buffets three times a day with lots to choose from. I recommend this resort!
There was nothing I didn't like about this resort!
Staff was amazing. Food was good...7 out of 10. The beech was good as well. A nice breeze off the water made it perfect.
Beds were really bad, like laying on a board. Rooms were ok...but very minimal. Didn't have a comfort type feeling.
Good beach, Nice garden, fairly big rooms
Check in about 45 minutes, a very arrogant customer service in the reception
View of the beach
Outlets didn't work, staff unwilling to help. Facilities molding.
only one pool for both adults and kids, the kids were disrupting my relaxing vacation
1-- The garden is beautiful, very well up-kept, lots of birds, lots of green plants not too many flowers. Well designed, easy to get to the rooms. 2-- The staff in the restaurant (buffet, I did not try the other) is very friendly and nice, eager to please. 3-- Located not to far from the airport.
1-- The beach is a mess, full of seaweeds and other, the chairs are all in a chaotic manner all over as they were left by the guests the day before. The tractor cleaning the sea weeds is up and down half the day. 2-- No beach towel until 8:00 am, closed for lunch at 3:00pm no more clean towel. Close at 6:00pm. In an other word one has to work one’s schedule to get a beach towel accordingly to the beach/hotel staff, not to one’s own time. 3-- In the entire beach/pool area there is ONE bathroom to the right of the pool, and the stalls are SOOOO small, it is basically impossible to get in with out touching the toilet bowl. 4--- All though that is ALL INCLUSIVE you are charged for the safe deposit box, the internet (which closes 2 hours for lunch), and if one wants a glass of rose wine, one has to buy the whole bottle, which is not cheap. The food is so, so... always the same dishes prepared the same way. No after noon snacks, if one ask for a few peanuts at the Bar, they send you to the Hotel store to buy them. 5-- The rooms are extremely “basic”, nothing pretty, very old shower. Over all, if one does not care and just wants a room by the beach it is ok. But if one is looking for beauty in and out the room, a little pampering, forget it. With the exception of the beautiful garden, it is not worth. I have been in Punta Cana many, many times and hope to go again, but not to Natura Park unless it changes.
- very nice beach - very nice tropical garden good food, except the wine !
- mouse in the room ! - water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom in 2 different rooms
The location is excellent, the gardens are well maintained too.
The beach is full of plastic cups and rubbish. There is a junk near by: broken glass bottles, pieces of chairs, palm branches and etc .There are large number of broken chairs, and nobody arranges them by the end of the day.
