Staff was pleasant and attentive. Restaurants and bars were convenient and good. Room was clean and quiet. Grounds were well-maintianed. The hotel was fine -- the neighborhood is run-down and a bit sad. It was close to the account I was meeting with, but I plan to stay in the colonial section of the city next time. |

Our stay was just an overnight in Santo Domingo prior to our departure back to Toronto (checked in at 4pm and checked out at 5am the next morning). Did not get to see or use much of the facilities..... room was clean staff was friendly. Lobby gives the feel of a 5 star hotel. |

peacefull place to stayed.Excellente service food was dilicious and the varieties was enormous.The standard room was very specious and all amenities that a customer needs, the main lobby is very peacefull and elegant with piano serenade every evening. no really. I really got surpriced when i arrived there because within minute i was in my room. |

The service quality and the warmness of the people. The tap water is not drinkable (I appreciate that they put a warning sign by the faucet), and the bottled watter is pretty expensive. Plain water should not be a luxury. |

This hotel is great in terms of location and safety. It is one of the best residential areas in the city. The hotel is old but they are renovating. The breakfast is a plus. Beautiful garden. |

The staff was very friendly and was available anytime you needed them to answer any question. It was 1:00am and I needed information on where to buy souvenirs in the morning as my flight was leaving very early and I hadn't bought anything yet. The attendant at the front desk gave me a few ideas and knew which stores opened early and which didn't. |

l'accueil a été formidable, les salons sont bien meublés et spacieux de même que la salle de sport Organisation des divers services à revoir, on a l'impression d'être souvent dérangé, il manque un petit coin privé au balcon |

Ce que j'ai aimé: l'état général de l'hôtel (on voit qu'il est bien entretenu), la possibilité d'y faire du sport (moniteur de tennis moyennant 400 pesos/h), les repas sont de qualité et surtout cet hôtel est idéal pour les affaires( existence d'un centre d'affaire et connexion à internet dans chaque chambre) Le seul bémol est le coût de la vie à l'hôtel. Les repas et les boissons y sont un peu chers. |

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et fait tout pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. sinon le hall est magnifique ce qui est très agréable. Il ne faut pas oublier que 'hôtel est vraiment très sécurisé ce qui est aussi une très bonne chose. La déco est un peu vieillotte mais c'est tout de même un très bel hôtel. |
