Paradisus Punta Cana Resort-All Inclusive    

The place is amazing. I stayed at the Royal Service room. You pay a bit more for the room but get private beach and first class services. The team is perfect. Jerrmias, Francis and Onesimo are incredible and always paying attention to customers needs. Definitely I'll be back there very soon.

On the first day, they invited us to participate of a sales presentation and promised we would have lunch during it. At the end, we didnt eat and the manager and the salesman seemed to be a bit ungry because we didn't want to buy the Melia Club Membership. We got stressed because of this situation and missed one sunny afternoon at the beach.

Excellent staff. Especially would like to thank for the hospitality to Pamela Arias from Gabi bar and to Roberto Espinal from North Avenue bar.

The beach was breathtaking. Nature was breathtaking. A very nice place for family trip. We stayed at The Reserve. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would def. go back.

Paradisus ground is very beautiful. The beaches is beautiful, weather was great, pools are really nice only for a sunny day. Staff are friendly where ever you go whether to restaurant or to the lobby as the Entertainment at lobby every night is amazing and I'm sure I had a good time, As well as the lobby has a fantastic environment. The Room was good and enough clean.

Though the Staff are friendly yet the front desk is a bit slow sometime if you want something, maybe because 2 of them were working there and they try to serve other people. The room again leaks in mosquitoes for unknown reason. Kept waking up in the morning with legs/arms were bitten by either mosquitoes or something else, yet I'm sure the bed sheets are very clean as well as curtains did not closed properly (any one could see what you are doing inside). WiFi was free but terribly bad connection if you still want to log in from your room. If you want to have a good connection you have to walk all the way back to Lobby which has a good connection a good environment however keep your mosquito spray with you all the time. Food, what can I say about food, when you go to some hotels like Paradisus you expect to have a good Healthy & fatty choices, Food was not that good yet its ok, the buffet was not that great both for breakfast and lunch, kept having soup, salad and fruit poached eggs, not into meet but the fish was good choice to eat. Restaurants were ok. Yet if you are one of those people who can eat and throw any thing into their throat I'm sure you wont complain about it. Sometime you can't be bothered by walking , so you have to wait for the mini tour bus to drive all the way around to pick you and drop you some places, which sometime annoying and takes 5 minutes. Again rooms are far from the lobby so you have to call and wait for the next ride to take you back to the lobby, recommending not to take many luggage because you still have to wait for the rides.

We were waiting about 40 minutes to check-in and 30 more to get to our room with luggage. Huge lines for food in buffet and also waiting list to get to restaurants a-la-carte. You'll have the same quality vacation and spend less money if you go to big all-inclusive hotel somewhere in Turkey.

O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso, com uma paisagem única e aconchegante. Recomendo a todos para lua de mel e passeio com família

A aparência da cidade até a chegada ao hotel não é chamativa, estão realizando muitas obras de infraestrutura o que deixa o transito muito congestionado e lento.

El personal de animación no funciona. No hacen las actividades prometidas , no motivan a la gente a participar de las actividades, son más bien pasivos y vagos. No interactúan bien con la gente y casi todas las actividades que hacen lo hacen mal. El resto del personal del hotel es excelente. Habitualmente me alojo en la cadena Meliá porque me gustan sus servicios pero este me ha decepcionado con la animación

Понравилось,в принципе все,за исключением небольших нюансов,но они не стоят особого внимания!Расположение отеля,пляж супер,океан,разнообразие еды и фруктов,обслуживание в ресторанах,огромная ухоженная территория,все очень даже достойно!В отеле есть два русскоговорящих консьержа,Алехандро и Энрике!Энрике мы не видели,а Алехандро хочется сказать огромное спасибо!Все наши просьбы были выполнены,все в срок и так как нам надо было!Так что по приезду,нужно сразу спрашивать Алехандро,чтоб он вам помог сориентироваться!

Некоторые номера уже довольно потрепанные,требуют уже косметического ремонта!Уборка могла происходить и в 5 вечера,когда приходили уже с пляжа!Могли забыть пополнить мини-бар,поставить воду!Да и сама уборка оставляет желать лучшего!Но это, скорее, исключения,чем правило!

Les jardins, la gentillesse du personnel

L'organisation très médiocre, tout doit se réserver à l'avance( restaurants, bateaux..)mais vous n'êtes informés que le lendemain, en situation, donc pas de bateau pendant 3jours( 4 bateaux pour 600 personnes)et restaurant buffet, bon mais bétaillère Le golf n'est ni inclus ni illimité car il faut payer 65dollars par tête pour une voiturette tous les 18 trous( 2 par voiturette=130 dollars, très lucratif) Chambre a coté d'une fosse septique pleine, vidée au bout de 5 jours, effluves "cari béennes" intenses Surcoût 3ème personne au tarif plein

Le paysage tout a fait splendide, la plage surveillé, ainsi que les activités beachfoot, et beachvolley. Les animations en journée ainsi qu'en soirée plutôt simpa mais courte le soir, bal fermant à minuit, mais discotèque jusqu'a 3h00. Le all-inclusive (Cigar, cocktail et apéritifs et la variété de boisson manque mojito malgrés tout) La plage horaire pour manger très large aux buffets permettant de ne pas être consigné à des horaires fixes.

Le bruit des femmes de ménage dés 8h00 du matin, des étrangers qui rentrent en hurlant sans ce soucier du sommeil des autres a 3h00 du matin sachant que de nombreuses excursions très fatigante nécessite d'être levé à 6h00. Les navettes en plus d'être bruyante en pleine nuit, ne passe pas assez régulièrement tout au long de la journée et de façon continue dans tout l'hôtel. Manque d'espace ensoleillé autour de la piscine. L'attente beaucoup trop longue pour pouvoir manger dans certains restaurant dèfois prés d'une heure. Manque un snack de plage et de piscine

O resort é lindo. Os jardins são impressionantes. Os quartos são luxuosos e confortáveis. E a simpatia dos funcionários é sem igual. Eles não param de oferecer bebidas e comidas. Estão sempre prontos para ajudar. Tudo perfeito.

A cerveja poderia ser um pouquinho mais gelada...Só uma sugestão. Porque não há do que reclamar.

היה גרוע ברמה אחרת. קיבלנו חדר מהמם אך מוזנח ולא נקי. התקשרנו מיליון פעמים שיבואו לנקותו ולא באו. יש רכבי באגי שכמעט דורסים את הנופשים על שבילי ההליכה. השירות של כל צוות המלון גרוע ומתחת לכל ביקורת.לא עונים לטלפונים לקבלה,לא באים לתקן בעיות שיש בחדר כמו טלוויזיה שלא אוהבת או דברים שהיו שבורים בחדר. לא אדיבים. האוכל בערב היה טעים וביום היה מזעזע.סגרו את החדר כושר בלי להודיע וכן גם סגרו 90% מהחוף לבנייה בלי להודיע.כל החוגים שהיה כתוב שיש,לא התקיימו. היו הפעלות ״אגדודו״ בבריכה והיה רועש ולא נעים. לא מומלץ!!!!!!!!

Персонал, качество еды в в большинстве ресторанов, разнообразие еды.

В номерах (даже после переселения из одного номера в другой) были обнаружены огромные тараканы.

lo unico que me ha gustado a sido que estaba cerca de la playa y los jardines

la habitacion era grande pero vieja.habia hormigas,la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. las cortinas estaban descolgadas, por lo que no cerraban bien y si querias dormir en la siesta entraba mucha luz. El cuarto de baños era de un hostal y no creo que hoy en dia los hostales tengan ese cuarto de baños, el water no tragaba bien, en la ducha se quedaba el agua por lo menos 15 minutos en la bañera sin tragar.la cama tenia una pata rota el bide tenia un cerco de oxido .cuando pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitacion ,la habitacion menos la pata de la cama era igual. en cuanto a los restaurantes todos abiertos sin aire acondicionado con un calor horrible,comida mediocre .y el aire acon habitacion parecia una segadora del ruido que hacia. el trenecito que nos llevaba de un sitio a otro se estropeo en medio de una tormenta y nos tuvimos que ir a la habitacion andando con la que estaba cayendo .No es de cinco estrellas ni en sueños es una pena porque por esta experiencia jamas volvere a punta cana a este hotel nunca mais.

Tranquilidad, atención, sin ruidos, natural, gastronomía adecuada y variada

Cantidad de mosquitos que se hacen desagradables por sus picaduras y que al parecer a pesar de decir que se hacen tratamientos en su contra, estos son poco efectivos, ya que incluso dentro de los restaurantes te pican. No recomendable para personas alergicas a picaduras de mosquitos

Prezados , o local é lindo , entretanto fiquei decepcionado com os serviços , pedi uma suite com frente mar , confirmada por email , não ffui atendido , nem deram explicação . Achamos muito ruim a comida servida nos restaurantes , chegando ao ponto de trocar de restaurante no meio das refeições , sai do Brasilero para o chinês, alias muito comentado por outros brasileiros que encontramos lá , foi uma pena Nos primeiros dias o carro que circula passava na porta aonde estavamos hospedados , depois raramente passava , sendo nescesário caminhar ate a recepção ou restaurantes ,minha esposa sofreu, pois estava com problema de locomoção devido uma pacada no joelho. Foi uma pena

Posso afirmar que foi uma das minhas melhores férias. O hotel, a localização, o quarto, etc. são muito bons. Os funcionários excelentes, muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Adorei. Recomendo e, se Deus quiser, volto lá para curtir mais uma semana, assim que der. Recomendo, igualmente, o Site Booking.com para reservas. Fui muito bem atendido. Nas próximas reservas, para dentro ou fora do Brasil, certamente vou utilizá-lo novamente.

A estrurura do Resort é de excelência, os Restaurantes muitos bons, funcionários, com raras excessóes acolhedores, localização privilegiada, praia lindíssima, decoração em todo o espaço, de muito bom gosto, em resumo nossas férias foram maravilhosas. Recomendo o Resort certamente.

Logo no primeiro dia de hospedagem no Resort, ainda cansados da viagem, ligaram às 8;00 da manhã, pra dizerem que havíamos sido premiados com Up Grade, que eram 1000 dólares por casal, em direinho interno do Resort pra serem gastos, em hospedaria, vinhos especiais, spar, Cassino, Restaurante que não estava incluso, e daí vai, perdemos um dia inteiro só com esta história, que na verdade a intenção real é de tentarem captar sócios para o Clube Milia. Mesmo não aceitando, recebemos o tal "prêmio", que acabamos não usando praticamente nada, pois na verdade trata- se de uma forma de tentarem nos fazer gastar algo dentro do Resort, pois tudo é muito mais caro que o que eles dão, então teríamos que pagar a diferença. Enfim, se a intenção não é virar sócio de nada, e se viérem com história de Up grade, fiquem atentos.. E não se deixem perder um dia inteiro à disposição deles.

Bela paisagem interna, bela manutenção, bom atendimento. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

Restaurantes razoáveis. Quarto (1041) mediocre, mal conservado e muito velho. Nada do que foi informado. Telefone, banheira e internet precários. Esse foi o desprazer.

Понравилось отношение персонала к отдыхающим , сразу предоставили переводчика , который безусловно был кстати , и при заселении рассказал и показал все необходимое гостям , а в дальнейшем всегда был с нами на связи . Хотелось бы отметить его -- Alehandro Valencia , так-же работника пляжа Hose , и работника бара Lorenco , каждый работник персонала отеля , с которым приходилось сталкиваться был исключительно приветлив и радушен!

Magnificas instalaciones, paisajismo excepcional y muy buen trato por parte de todo el personal.

Beautiful, relaxing outdoor environment Clean rooms. Clean outdoors. Friendly staff. Nice beach and pool. Not too crowded. Nice venue for destination wedding.

Food was just okay. Difficult to get reservations at restaurants.
