Staff were very courteous and friendly. Cleanliness of all areas of the resort. 24 hour restaurant was very convenient. Proximity to the beach. Adults only environment. Food could have been better. Would like the choice of ordering/paying for better wine by the glass. (House wine is very mediocre) More open dancing for guests. Maybe a dance night once or twice a week. Merengue/Cha-Cha and other Latin dances. Improve explanations of tours and extra activities such as snorkeling, golf etc. There didn't seem to be a clearly defined person that could explain what was available.

성인전용이라 아이들이 없어서 조용하였슴. 정원이 잘 정리되어 있고 규모가 아담하고 모든 시설을 이용하기에 편리함. 체인은 이웃 호텔들을 이용할 수 있슴. 호텔의 접근성이 떨어짐. 시내에서 호텔로 가기위해 택시를 이용해야 함. 홈페이지에 이 점을 기대해 주었으면 함.

A tranquilidade do hotel, que nao aceita crianças . a comida estava boa. A gentileza da maioria dos funcionários (nao foi de todos). O quarto era grande, confortavel, mas os moveis eram um pouco velhos, mal conservados. -O preço de passeios externos ao hotel, que eram oferecidos por serviços terceirizados dentro do hotel (fora do hotel e em hoteis vizinhos eram mais baratos). - alguns dos passeios que contratei desses serviços terceirizados, do hotel, nao corresponderam ao prometido. -O atendimento de um funcionario especifico da recepçao (essa reclamaçao foi feita diretamente ao gerente da recepcao). - nas bebidas incuidas (all inclusive) não havia vinhos de qualidade (só havia um vinho, da casa, que era de produçao local, e era horrivel!). Eu tinha pulseira vip, que dava direito a algumas bebidas premium, mas nao incluia nenhum vinho!

Stranden er perfekt, personalet er meget venligt og havene r meget velholdt. Rengøringen kunne være lidt bedre - det var nogenlunde.
