Residencia El Balatà  

Friendly couple with children were very nice. The room was very clean. I think the shared or individual apartments at this location could be ideal for a family travelling with a vehicle.

The distance to the town and beach was very far if you were without vehicle. They indicated that it can be dangerous walking that distance at night so not ideal. We thought that there was a common kitchen at least so without cooking facilities it was mandatory to go into town to eat. In general peoples idea of a supermarket here is a bit misleading, the very nice lady at the store accross the street has only minimal items that one could consider food.

What a marvelous family!!The senora prepared a breakfast for us and seemed genunely interested in give us a good stay and getting to know us. At the end her hysband gave us a free lift to the bus. Very clean and modern.

The only thing lacking was a table lamp for reading at night since the ceiling lights weren´t enough. The distance from town is not a drawback at all with the taxi´s and motos.

The best accomodation in DR! Everything was great, the owners are super nice and helpful and the apartment very comfortable and clean. We liked it so much we stayed a couple days more than planned! If you want to rent a motorbike/quad the owners will arrange that for you and there is a small market just across the street!

A bit far from everything (renting a scooter or quad is a good idea).

Virginia e Pedro, insieme ai loro tre fantastici figli, ci hanno fatto sentire da subito a casa: L appartamento era pulitissimo, lenzuola profumate, e tante piccole attenzioni che sicuramente mi faranno scegliere di nuovo questo posto nel caso dovessi tornare a Las Terrenas: Quando siamo partiti Pedro ci ha accompagnati alle 5 del mattino di una domenica alla fermata dell autobus!!!! che volere di piu???

L'accoglienza semplicemente perfetta

La atención de Virginia fue espectacular desde antes incluso a nuestra llegada. Ha creado junto con su marido un espacio sencillo pero realmente muy acogedor al que seguro que regresaré.

Très bon rapport qualité - prix. Excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires toujours à l'écoute de nos demandes. Confort de l'appartement loué

Le resto El Zapote que nous avait éventuellement conseillé la propriétaire.

Buona accoglienza, qualità prezzo non proprio ragionevole . Non usare la stanza Nr. 3 per quanto riguarda cellulari . Siamo stati isolati per il tempo rimasto in appartamento . Impossibile wi-fi con I cellulari.

Che ci siamo dovuti adeguare noi a loro per dei lavori di idraulica posti durante l'ora di pranzo. Abbiamo dovuto lavare I cibi con un bottiglione di acqua. Il complesso dista a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia . Il prezzo di una camera con cucina e bagno e di quasi 50 euro Al giorno. Non è poi così commerciale . a 35 euro vi è una camera piccina, sprovvista di televisore

L'ospitalità e la disponibilità dello staff, la pulizia impeccabile delle stanze, i servizi offerti (wifi gratuito, parcheggio interno..) e la posizione della struttura.

Тихая уютная резиденция на окраине города. Очень приятная хозяйка. До магазина 20 метров, до пляжа около километра. Можно взять в прокат велосипед, квадроцикл.

Все понравилось, неудобств замечено не было

L'accueil, les repas en famille

Virginia et Pedro sont des hôtes délicieux, qui rendront votre séjour encore plus agréable. La résidence présente un avantage majeur, sa situation légèrement en retrait des plages, le calme et la tranquillité sont assurée à ce prix. Les appartement sont très bien conçus, à la fois chaleureux et aménagés avec goût. On se sent immédiatement allaise dans cet environnement cosy. Un confort très moderne, avec un wifi rapide et fonctionnel, et une télévision par câble. Cette résidence fait figure d'exception dans un environnement domine par un tourisme de masse, et donc impersonnel, ou la prestation est rarement au rendez-vous en dépit des publicités alléchantes. Cette oasis de bonheur est l'exception, lorsqu'on à fréquente des établissement vétustes et insalubre en RD... Son rapport qualité/prix est maximal.

Apartamento limpo, com todas as facilidades. Cozinha impecável. Colchão excelente. Decoração de muito bom gosto. Apesar de simples, foi o melhor lugar que nos hospedamos. Proprietários simpáticos e gentis. Supermercado próximo. Estacionamento fácil no local. Recomendo com certeza.

Como chegamos à noite, tivemos uma pequena dificuldade para chegar. Faltou-nos ter um mapa do local. Entrem em contato com o hotel que com certeza terão informações para não passarem pelo que passamos. Depois, durante o dia, foi fácil.

Lovely house and the accommodations are modern and clean; lovely owners are a family and the accommodations are next to their home.

It's more than a twenty-minute walk down to Punta Poppy, maybe closer to thirty, although you get to see a typical Dominican street and neighborhood on the way down there.
