Poor TV, and old TV What is awful is te smelling when entering the main entrance. your hotel smell hunidity. I was in the room 1347, the rags all all weat out. sometime there is no water in the morning for shower. I am a project mana ger and propose to refurbish your hotel. clean this hotel from bottom to ceiling... Need to be completly rewamped...and no rugs nowhere, just wood and granit, stones, etc on the floor.

Convenient location, and friendly service

Followup, and guest's instructions after leaving the hotel, is the only area that should be reinforeced and given special attention.

Excelent location. Friendly staff. Many opcions of dinning, lunch, bar, disco etc.

They give you only one internet access. If you have laptop AND cell phone you must pay 12 dolars for another access. A little bit old and worn out.

I stayed at the hotel on a business trip, the hotel was well situated, in its own grounds, with a nice pool, and a nice ambience. The hotel has a nice feel and charm, which I noticed was lacking in a couple of the other larger casino type hotels I visited during my stay. I could not fault any of the staff during my 4 day stay, from the girls on reception, to the restaurant and bar staff and the friendly ladies who made up the room. The pool was large and clean and a nice poolside bar and restaurant that was open after a couple of days, once Hurricane sandy had passed. I ate all my meals in the hotel, which has a nice choice of dishes, and not overpriced as far as I was aware, I took the package with breakfast and wi-fi which was a good choice.

Hotel needs restoration. Rooms smell musty!

I came by 11pm. No one for warm welcome. I was told I would have a king size. Not available. I was willing to pay for it .Rooms are dirty, filthy. They changed me to a king size bed. Running water was muddy. Staff was aware of it, I had them witness it. I called front desk several times to let them know, no one picked up. I had to use a bottle of water to wash my face, brush my teeth. I have been charged for this madness. I want to be reimbursed. gilbert

la habitacion, estado de la alfombra, mobiliario, estado de la griferia. En una palabra el mantenimiento de las habitaciones hay que mejorarlo mucho.

Sanitair is van de jaren 60 en 70 vorige eeuw. Lekkende kranen. Bad liep niet door bij binnenkomst. Mag wel vernieuwd worden.

Las habitaciones bastante viejas y los baños deteriorados. En la mia no funcionaba el agua fria del lavamanos. Las alfombras muy viejas y descoloridas, Olor a humedad

Le manque de personnelle qui ne parle pas tout les l'angue exemple comme le français , le creole ou peu parlais bien l'anglais;;,et aussi vue je me suis marier sur place chez eu la chambre garantie par l'hotel pour seulement 7h,,de 4h dumatin a 11h je devait partir et cela ma vraiment pas plus,et méme faché vue que j'ai meme pas fait 24h dans cette chambre ou 1 nuit,,j'espére qu'ils prendrons notes pour se desagrement et revoir la duree pour les prochaines jeunes marier.

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Hotelpersonal. Professionalität der Hotelmitarbeiter. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Grosszügige und saubere Poolanlange. Genügend bewachte Parkplätze vorhanden.

Durch zahlreiche Veranstaltungen (Tag- und Nacht) während der Vorweihnachtszeit ertönte teilweise sehr laute Musik aus den Veranstaltungsräumen im Parterre. Keine W-LAN Verbindung in meinem Zimmer des 3. Stockwerks. Die Zimmer (Badezimmer) benötigen dringend eine Renovierung!

Hotel je přiměřeně blízko autobusům Metro směřujících na sever DR.

Velký anonymní hotel s poněkud starším vybavením. Zajistili nám poměrně drahého hotelového taxíka, takže doporučujeme si raději nějakého objednat, nicméně ten jejich taxík byl hned k dispozici.

Servicio pesimo! A todos los niveles: recepción, room service, información, taxistas, bell boys etc... Habitaciones viejas, decoración pasada y fea, olores desagradables, fugas en el inodoro... El peor servicio que he recibido en varios años! No recomendo este hotel a nadie! Pesimo!
