The front desk receptionist was very rude when we politely asked for beverages in the fridge, etc. Similarly, the waiter in the Mexican restaurant argued with us about what we had ordered. The buffet was lower quality and not a large variety. The room was clean, but the hallway had trash in the corners for the whole length of our stay. We did not pay a lot and so we feel we got what we pay for |

Nothing, Hotel very poor room cleaning. Had to call to get thing 3 or 4 times. I am still sick along with 3 of my family members from the bad food. This is hotel should be closed down. |

De goede hauding en flexibiliteit van de personel /alltijd berei on de gasten te helpen. van af de entre desk tot de keuken, een vriendelijke maneger en een goede medical servis aanwijzicht 24 uur. goede keuken heel mooie uitzicht, geen animators die de helle dag achter je lopen on activiteite mee te laten doen. voor de ene die rust willen als ik. over alles trapen die er zijn deze kier was de lift kapot 3 daggen lang mooieleke voor mensen die slecht ter ben zijn |

Vriendelijk personeel, uitstekende maaltijden (vooral de à la carte restaurants), geweldig avond-entertainment. Gunstige ligging t.o.v. strand en het plaatsje sosua. Verwerking van de betaling door het hotel. Ze begrepen niet dat de prijs $80 per kamer per nacht was en probeerden dus $80 per persoon per nacht te rekenen. Na lang praten en de internet-bevestiging erbij te halen werd alsnog onder excuses de juiste prijs gehanteerd. |
