Location and security Our airconsitioning did not work, the fride was broken and did not keep things cool, the washing maching machine needed repair. The counter top was broken.

Well kept grounds and pool area. Very well protected, liked the guards at the gate for security reasons. Friendly personnel. A guard shot his rifle right after we passed by him at the club house for no reason at all. It scared us to death. He could have warned us as we passed by him. We were no more than 10 feet passed him when he shot it. Another family with kids was approaching him also and it scared them.
