    Beach and beach palapas, pools, golf cart timeliness, staff, kids club, spa, again staff, shopping center, doctor services, room jacuzzies, beds, bathrooms, showers, also amount of palapas, great and friendly lifeguards

    Buffet food at times, pizza and burgers, no dominican authentic restaurant, couches in rooms, slippery marble floors, walking distance everywhere, too many conventions, restaurant reservation hassles, night shows too late for kids 9:30pm, bad description of events on property,

    staff is very attentive; grounds are beautiful.

    we have been here before but first time at a swim-up room. we were eaten alive by the mosquitoes - daytime too! food was fair. room service was horrible - the food, not the delivery. WIFI not available 90% of the time.

    This is truly a high-class resort, I recommend it to everyone who can afford it! The best place where we have had our beach-vacation. Also the excursions outside the resort were very good (whale-watching in Samana and the Pirate-Ship show). Would defenately go back and will recommend to all my friends

    WIFI was available only half of the time, the management apologized for this and told it was temporary problems with WIFI.

    incredible facilities, beautiful rooms, beaches, & location. Soft sand, excellent food, excellent drinks

    extremely cheap pillows made for uncomfortable sleep. Surprising to have such cheap pillows in a nice resort. Wifi was consistently awful throughout the resort. Once you actually had access, speed was good, but it was rare to be able to connect or stay connected, in spite attempts to fix the problem. Underneath the beautiful rooms, some problems with quality: Drawer handle and lamp were randomly fell over broken without touching either. Room refrigerator was too warm. Overheard several guests complaining about the pushiness of management in "hard" selling memberships and felt it took away some enjoyment from the trip for everyone - needs to be more subtle.

    Horrible Service. Staff needed 'tips' to get reservations, better quality food ($10 tip got us lobster for lunch)...otherwise you couldn't get lobster. The food on lunch menu was inedible. Checked into room which looked ok but phones were dead, tv clickers needed batteries, safe didn't work, light bulbs were way to dim and room smelled musty. Never go to any of this companies 'all inclusives' again. Stay away!
