The fact that i was upgraded to a suite! I have stayed many times in this hotel under previous management, now, it's better The "extra" taxes etc . I am used to a 100 us being exactly that,not 128....

Very friendly staff, great location. Food is a little overpriced for this Crown Plaza Hotel. Please, do not go to the Beauty Salon here is dirty, the lady is very rude and try to take advantage on prices. Even though, I speak Spanish she tried to take advantage. Please, never go to the beauty salon.

I enjoyed the nice rooms and service I did not appreciate being over charged and also being quoted a price that I was paying to later find that I was charged an additional 20- 40 dollars!

During my trip, the stationary side of the window was cracked open. It rain in the room! They made it seem it was my fault. Bad costumer service. They did not want to work with me. Water was on the floor. Will talk to management about the situation. Took photos of the window. To me costumer service is everything! Costumer service!

De meest hartelijke ontvangst van Jaqueline Rodriguez in the Executive lounge had grote indruk op ons gemaakt. Ze heeft de kamers en faciliteiten getoond. Door haar zijn we verhuisd van Hilton hotel naar InterContihotel. Het zwembad is fantastisch!!! Kortom de algemene beoordeling is uitstekend!

La vue sur la mer et le personnel est sympas malgre qu ils ont la tete en l air View on the sea is nice and staff is nice even though they forget omit few things Dans l une des suites au 6e chambre 606 vous serez reveille car le soleil vous eblouira des son lever car le rideau d environ un metre ne cache qu une partie de la baie vitree de 2.5 metres. De plus l on a omis de me remettre ma carte de credit apres l enregistrement In one of the suites at the 6th floor the curtain is not large enough to cover the balcony window therefore the sunshine will wake you up very early. The noice of the street malecon, along the sea will bother you a bit. Breakfast is not included and costs approx USD 25.00

Es un hotel que requiere de mantenimiento, está muy viejo y huele a viejo en la habitación, aunque se vé bien, pero si huele a humedo o viejo con eso daña todo.

Herrliche Lage am Meeresufer An der Rezeption wollte man mir gar keine Rechnung oder zumiindest Bestätigung meines Aufenthaltes asstellen mit der Begründung , dass es die " Booking com " tuen soll!!!! Bitte tun Sie es daher!

It was right on the sea-front, we had a great sea-view. The windows of our room were old and tired, they were not sound proof, allowing wind noise on the 5th floor.

O hotel é muito bom, mas não o consideraria um 5 *, falta algo mais.Tem um excelente café da manhã. Tem um staff bem atencioso também. Apesar de ficar à beira mar, não existe praia, só pedra, as janelas não abrem o suficiente para se tirar fotos. A polícia de Santo Domingo é corrupta, fui achacado mesmo não tendo feito nada de errado no trânsito. A saída noturna para caminhar é impossivel de ser feita pois tem muitos ladrões.

Muchos "guias" tratando de conseguir una propina en la ciudad, se siente uno intimidado se pegan como chicles. El centro historico podria ser mas bonito, tienen la historia y los monumentos pero estan muy sucios y descuidados. Los monumentos historicos no cuentan con baños publicos

Ubicación, tranquilidad Relación precio-beneficios no es lo mejor, te dan una habitación bastante mala (vista sobre el area de servicios en el tercer piso, alfombra manchada) si reservas con un precio económico, encima con un domingo a la noche cuando el hotel esta casí vacío. No hay un estándar, uno piensa que trataran de promocionar su hotel mostrando algo mejor. Este es la tercera vez en 3 meses que alojo en el V Centenario pero he encontrado un hotel en Sto Domingo por el mismo precio pero con mejor relación y trato. No volveré.

Professional staff. Seaside view Free wifi Very strong traffic noise from road between hotel and seaside including big lorries, buses, scooters etc. Hotel needs new sound proof windows.
