Location was good, beautiful beach; much of the staff was friendly and helpful particularly if you attempted some spanish It has the downfalls of most typical AI resorts: poor/ok food and very weak alcoholic drinks; large groups of obnoxious teenagers

Good staff. Friendly and nice to the kids. Good buffet selection and changed every day. We booked this hotel because they said kids club and babysitting. This was the only reason. Well no baby sitting and the kids club 10 - 12 3-5 pm we had to play and stay with the kids the girl did nothing. Talked on the phone. She asked for more money to babsit and wasnt available anyway. Family room on the second floor NO elevator with twins and a double pram. NIGHMARE. pool being renovated only half in use. Kids pool also being renovated. CRAZY. Only reason we chose this place.

Vik Arena Blanca did no feature some of the facilities described in their website. For instance, there's no wireless AT ALL in the hotel, not even for an extra fee. They had an Internet center, very slow connection, and NO printer! Also there was no shampoo/soap in the bathroom. Not enough plastic cups in the various pool/beach bars. NO tourist info of any kind ÁT. ALL in the resort. Some staff inattentive, irritable and discourteous toward guests.

The beach. The minute my husband and I arrived there celebrating our first year anniversary, we were given a room with two twin sized beds, when we were booked for a king size bed room.., Our rooms were only cleaned when we requested it at the desk, and to top it the food was not great.

Una playa de ensueño además de un exelente atención de su personal,tambien se podria resaltar un menú variado y un show nocturno digno ver....muy limpio y acojedor Creo que la piscina requiere de mantenimiento con caracteristicas de urgencia, la pintura está muy deteriorada, por otra parte considero que deben de respetar el tiempo de las personas que estan de vacaciones...y no molestando a cada instante con ofrecerte una membresia en el hotel Cayena que se encuentra al lado

O Hotel é muito bom. Se parece com a costa do sauípe só que um pouco mais simples. Os aps são ótimos. Aps grandes com ar, tv de lcd, ventilador, varanda, piso de porcelanato. A praia é linda. A piscina é boa, grande mas de cimento, não tem azulejo. Mas é bacana. Tem 2 restaurantes a la carte para jantar, nada muito sofisticado. E um bandejão que é o mesmo do cafe da manha e almoço. A comida e bebida é simples. Mas não é ruim. Ficou faltando um pouco mais de entretenimento. Acho que poderia ter algo à noite para se fazer, um luau na praia, uma festa. A boite é ruim, não tem som profissional. O rapaz que trabalha no som da boite retirou o som de lá quando acabou o show e levou para a boite. E tocou apenas músicas caribenhas. Várias pessoas queriam entrar na boite, colocavam a cabeça dentro, escutavam a música e saiam. Praticamente todos os lugares é permitido fumar. Chega a ser chato. Vc vai comer e tem alguém do seu lado fumando, vai tomar um drink, a mesma coisa. O único lugar que não pode fumar é em um dos 3 salões para almoçar ou jantar.

Localização. Praia bonita de areia branca. O restaurante self service é fraco e a apresentação dos pratos não abre o apetite, são mal elaborados. As saladas se resumem a alface, tomate e pepino.Os drinks são elaborados com sucos artificiais e pouca opção de sobremesas. No final de semana há muitas famílias com crianças e tanto na praia quanto na piscina não há salva vidas. A estrutura de serviço é fraca. Fiquei hospedada no terceiro andar e não tem elevador. Internet lenta - paga-se: us$3,00/ 15 minutos e gasta-se o tempo tentando acessar os sites. O secador de cabelos estava queimado. Não gostei do esquema All inclusive, pela qualidade das bebidas e comidas oferecidas. Atende mais a quem gosta de quantidade...Esperava mais de um hotel classificado com 4 estrelas.

A Piscina e a Cachoeira dela. Internet precária e muito cara, comidas e bebidas sem gosto. Não houve nenhum prazer por estar nesse lugar, a não ser o do Sol e o do Mar.

On a été très bien reçu durant tout notre séjour. Les explications étaient clairs. On oublie vite toutes ses préoccupations citadines pour se laisser vivre au rythme de l'ile. Les jardins de l'hôtel sont magnifiques, la piscine est très sympa. Le problème principal réside dans la réservation des transats / parasols sur la plage. Bon nombre de personnes laisse volontairement leurs serviettes pour réserver les places (c'est interdit mais bon...) sans pour autant en profiter. C'est juste que les bonnes places sont rares. Bref, ce sont souvent uniquement des serviettes qui profitent des meilleurs places !

Localizacãda da suite com vista para a praia. Os funcionários são comunicativos, sorridentes e atendem aos nossos pedidos. Infelizmente para se conseguir uma cadeira de praia tem que ser bem cedo até as 7 hs ou antes, sendo que as toalhas são entregues a partir das 9 hs e se esgotam rápido. Servico de quarto só uma vez ao dia, as vezes as 14 hs ainda não está pronto. Pela distância do aeroporto seria bom um servico de transfer oferecido aos hospedes pelo Hotel, inclusive para o comercio local.

Everything was great, the hotel is located in the middle of the paradise, the beach is great, the weather is perfect, the hotel is very nice, the food is decent and the staff is good. The free wine is vinager...dont try that...the children entertainment was poor...and the wifi doesnt work....

Alimentação e atividades do hotel Houve sim, algo muito desagradavel, fiz a reserva de todos os meus familiares junto ao site e para minha surpresa depois de ter pago o valor correspondente, confirmado na reserva através e_mail, o hotel me cobrou outros valores, depois de 07 dias, alegando que meus dois filhos de 7 e 12 anos, não haviam feito a reserva e isso eu fiz através do site. E ainda cabe uma informação importante, a disponibilidade de internet no hotel é simplesmente vergonhoso, tive que caminhar 5 km para poder acesar internet.

L'accueil du personnel irréprochable, de la réception aux cuisines en passant par le personnel d'entretien, tout ce petit monde est souriant et se met en quatre pour vous aider. Nourriture et boisson à 100% en inclusive mème tard la nuit, car certains hotels annoncent inclusive mais ce n'est pas tout à fait vrai. Les partenaires du cayena beach qui nous harcèlent pour visiter leur hotel (un accord existe entre cayena et vik) puis qui seront prèt à vendre père et mère pour vous faire signer. Surtout ne rien signer!
