all, exceptional staff. they are like my brothers. they really take care of you. I will always go back.

i did not like the bed

Very good 2 bedroom apartment.

The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped and bathroom was nice and clean. Did not get to try spa services as only stayed for one night, but they do give a 10% discount for the spa during your stay.

This hotel was conveniently located from the Santo Domingo airport, if you want to make a quick overnight before heading elsewhere. It is also walking distance from restaurants and bars in Boca Chica.

Very nice staff and close location to SDQ airport. I recommend this place !

The price was very economical, the security was more than adequate, the people were considerate and helpful. The room was clean and pleasant.

Boca Chica can be a bit noisy at night, but at least in the morning it is peaceful until about 9:30 a.m.

Staff very helpful, friendly. The Hotel is clean and contains all necessities for a good stay.

Extremely noisy outside, not condusive to rest and sleep, ear plugs did not help. Poor mattress and pillows, both could be changed. No privacy on the balcony...Good only for one night transit when necessary!

Excellent room and hotel staff friendly. The Hotel has a free wireless internet connection, excellent.

Room were spacious and it was nice to have separate bedrooms and living/kitchen area.

Very difficult to find, and on a noisy street with a disco next door. Thankfully, the disco shut down by midnight.

The colmados around the Hotel were very loud late into the night.

Staff/owner was very friendly and helpful. Wish we had been able to attend the grand opening of the massage spa & beauty parlor section of the hotel. We missed ito by 2 days. We got a little tour of the facilities before we checked out and were impressed. Beautiful colonial style structure purpose built as a small hotel/resort. Complementary bottled water, mini-frig, in-room safe, computer center with internet. Located in Boca Chica, 8 km from Santo Domingo Airport.

Mattresses were not very comfortable. Hopefully that will be remedied, as it was the only thing that we did not like.

Friendly security. Decent accomodations. Fairly equipped kitchen.

Hot water was hit or miss. Very loud for rooms near the street. Day or night. Long walk to town, although motor bike could get you there in a few minutes. Nothing really near the hotel for restaurants or bars.

Very good service

Five of us needed someplace to stay close to the airport for one night prior to leaving for Las Terrenas. I saw that it was reasonably priced and about 10-15min drive from the Santo Domingo airport. Arrived late at night. Staff was friendly and checked us in immediately. The only problem we had was a bit of a language barrier with a few things as we don't speak much Spanish, and he didn't speak any English. Rooms were very clean, bright and looked like they were recently updated. One room had a full kitchen which was really nice. Other room didn't have a kitchen, but still very clean.

Upon check in we had asked about breakfast. Due to a language barrier, I don't think he understood and about 30 min. Later brought us a plate of food (after midnight). The next morning when we went and asked again about breakfast,we were told that it had to be arranged the night before (just as we had tried to do). So we ended up walking down the street to Burger King for breakfast. I wish I spoke more Spanish.

As compared to others in the area, this was the best value for the price. The overall surrounding area could appear unsafe at night, however, this hotel was very safe.

Although there was a hand soap dispenser, you should bring your own shampoo.
