We were not made aware that dinner options were quasi non-existent if you don't have a vehicle. It would be good to know to either budget for a taxi/concho, or bring your own food from the town BEFORE arriving, since you can use the kitchen. If you are prepared for this, then you won't have issues.
The WiFi was originally very spotty, and the guests had to explicitly ask for the owners to bring the Internet access point closer to the home in order for everyone to use WiFi.
Overall, the manager and owners want to make you happy. There's still some adjustments to be made, but they're willing to listen, which I appreciated a lot.
Alex is extremely helpful and ready to bend over backwards to help out the guests. His presence and kindness was truly appreciated, and he listened and reacted positively to one of our complaints.
The property is located on one of the most splendid beaches of Samana, close a great (daytime) seafood and fish restaurant right on the beach.
