Very nice hotel on the Beach! Staff was great! The door to my room, I had to keep playing with it with my key for about 5 mins every time I tried to get in my room. It was very aggravating .

The rooms are really nice and the location in great for beach access. The pillows were horrible, thin little things - had to ask for an additional pillow just so the two together felt like a normal pillow. The wireless internet signal was horrible, had to go outside on the balcony to a specific spot just to connect and even then, the signal came and went. Also, they advertise having parking but their parking consists of two little cramped spots near the lobby. When those were full and we asked where we could park, the desk clerk told us it was our own problem and to find parking wherever we could get it. Overall the place was nice but for what you pay, the hotel ought to be able to provide decent pillows, decent WiFi and some sort of overflow parking area, should it be needed. I think a refresher in customer service is also needed (customer service here was pretty good overall but the response regarding parking was frustrating).

Mal reçu , les chambres fournies n'étaient pas du tout celles réservées sur votre site. Impossible malgré une disponibilité flagrante ds voir cf que nous avons réservé . Quant aux petits déjeuners ( un peu cheap ) vendu 10$ , bon ça commence à faire un peu tout ça pour un hôtel à priori bien coté. Donc on peu penser que vos internautes mettent des sur cotrs à cet hôtel . Dernier point quand on a quitté l'hôtel ils m'ont présenté un ticket cb fait sur la carte de mon épouse , non signé. Mais valide pour eux. Ça frise l'arnaque quand même. Je pense que cet hôtel est très bien pour les roots en quête de confort ou les kites surfers , mais pas pour une famille Cordialement
