Very friendly staff, hotel was finished when I traveled and the service was 200% great, good location, rooms were very comfortable, clean, from the receptionists to the bell boy to the waiter it was excellent defintely coming back. The phone in my room would drop the calls but not and issue to stop me from coming back, breakfast was good ( continental like every hotel) but should offer something else the cook was not always there on time not good for someone who needs to be out by 7:30am, but I will still go back and stay with them. Minor details to look into no biggie.

Asian theme style of the hotel. I travel to Santo Domingo 4 times a year, and thought I found a place I can stay, since I loved the Japanese theme. Was unfinished. Had to endure 4 days and 3 nights at an unfinished hotel. Breakfast buffet? What breakfast buffet?? I went 2 out of 4 mornings at 9am and found nothing set for us to eat. I loved waking up to drilling and banging in the room next door to mine at 9am *sarcarsm*. Poor planning on your part. I noticed the hotel was pretty empty, you could of moved us from that room even if you had to upgrade us. I don't think I will be staying there again. Advise: learn to plan your guest stay, forecast what goes on in your hotel and which areas and predict how it will effect your guest stay.

I was able to take a shower There was multiple strands of hair on the bed. The lunch/breakfeast menu is exaggerated. I ask for several things on the menu that they did not have. I went to eat food two different times. None of the individuals could SPEAK ENGLISH! the only people who speak half way decent englsih where at the front desk. not close to really anything with-in walking distance. the bed is horrible. its about 10inches from the floor.

pulizia e quartiere tranquillo, buono per viaggi di lavoro o brevi soste nel centro città anche se non è molto vicino alla zona turistica della città. il pagamento anticipato e non è adatto per fumatori incalliti.

La ubicación, el edificio, las vistas desde el restaurante. La limpieza. no hay nada peor en un hotel que no este limpio, sobre todo el baño. Tampoco funcinaba internet en la habitación y esto, para los que viajamos por trabajo, es un problema.

La ubicación y la amabilidad de los empleados Nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la segunda estaba sucia, el desayuno con muy pocas opciones, servicio muy lento y un día no nos dieron desayuno y al pedir que se nos compensara, la respuesta fue que eso no era política del hotel
