Staff were great, postcard location.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, but not of the standard one would expect of the price range. Given the remote location, and age of the building, this was understandable.

Beautiful facility, excellent owner and staff there to help tourists, spacious room, enjoyed every aspect of stay.

Very friendly staff, excellent English and great service. The breakfast buffet has a great selection and meals in the evening at the restaurant were excellent. Superb location.

the prices for food/drinks. No one picked me up from the airport and no services were provided to take me back to the airport (have to take a water taxi, then a taxi, then a bus, then a ferry and finally another bus to the the airport-in reverse when I arrived)

Setting is perfect. Staff was gracious and helpful. Rooms were quite pretty.

Teppy the owner understands the hospitality business and did a great job. I have never stayed in a hotel where every square inch was cleaned, painted, sanded or varnished. It is truly immaculate. ,the room and the staff did a great job. I have no complaints

I thought the food was over priced

The location is relaxing and unique. I love watching the wildlife (marine iguanas, birds, sea lions, sea turtles, fish etc. swim by while eating or hanging out. The Angermyer pays great attention to visual detail and guest comfort. It is fun taking the water taxi for $1.20 to get to the hotel. The taxis come immediately when you stand at the taxi area. The food is also excellent.

The cleaniness. The food is good and fast. The fast service for taxi- boat (not an issue at all. Very efficient). Quiet. Excellent breakfast and fresh bread. Fully recommended.

Friendly staff, good location and good food. Excellent base if you want to take day tours around the islands. Galapagos is generally expensive and this hotel is not an exception but you get value for money relatively.

Our first room had aircon problems but they moved us to another room right away

El lugar es hermoso, la atencion tambien. Posee vistas inmejorables de la ciudad y el mar. Las habitaciones son comodas yla atencion muy calida.

No funciono correctamente el wifi, del resto es imposibletener algun punto malo

Para llegar al pueblo hay que tomar un taxi acuático. El hotel debería suministrar un transporte para los huéspedes.

Limpeza impecável, funcionários simpáticos e solícitos. Cama confortável. Café da manhã simples mais saboroso e farto. Para os amantes da natureza, até minha hospedagem neste hotel, eu sempre espantei moscas ao fazer refeições, neste lugar maravilhoso espantei pássaros. Simplesmente TUDO

Ficamos em apto. no 1º andar, e só tem escadas. Que são compensadas com a vista maravilhosa da varanda do apto.

桟橋が目の前にあるので水上タクシーで街に出るのに抵抗が少なく、その点では同じ桟橋を利用するFinch- Bayよりも随分と楽。部屋は適度に広めでエアコンもよく利く。浴室（バスタブなし）は広い。部屋でWi-Fiが使えた。ウォーターフロントでの朝食は気持ちが良い。

街に出るには水上タクシーを利用しなければならない。ホテルにプールはなく、目の前の海はビーチではない。-

La descripcion de la habitacion enviada por booking no coincidia con las comdidades reales!!! Faltaba la terraza con jacuzzi!!! Gravisimo error de uds. He enviado un mail reclamando por esta situacion y aun espero su respuesta!!

La comida y la atencion

A localização relativamente "isolada", só acessível via Taxi-Bote/Lancha (60 cents de usd, para cada pessoa, a cada travessia), e como o Hotel possui poucos quartos, acaba permitindo ao viajante realmente descansar e relaxar, a qualquer hora do dia, e encarar o hotel quase como uma casa de praia particular (o hotel fica de frente para o mar, e tem uma praia muito próxima, a 5 minutos de caminhada). Com a vantagem de estar realmente imerso na natureza de galapagos (no próprio hotel sempre aparecem, vindos do mar, para descansar nas rochas, as iguanas, leoes marinos, etc). Outro item que me impressionou foram as instalações, que são novas, limpas, e amplas. E a excelente Lagosta ao Thermidor, foi algo inesquecível! Recomendo!

Tivemos um fato "desagradável" durante a nossa estadia. Como a Ilha Isabela, para onde íamos em seguida, não tem caixa automático, e como o Hotel lá não aceitava cartões, sacamos o dinheiro na Ilha Santa Cruz, durante a nossa estadia no Angermeyer, e deixamos ele em separado, no Cofre do Quarto. Infelizmente, na noite do dia 15/Out (Segunda), quando fomos jantar no restaurante do hotel, esqueci o Cofre aberto. E, neste hotel, existe o habito deles efetuarem uma segunda arrumação no quarto, enquanto vc janta (fizeram isso no dia 14/Out e, no dia 15/Out, não foi diferente). Bom, qual não foi a nossa surpresa quando voltamos e, ao notar que havia esquecido o cofre aberto (e notando algumas coisas fora do lugar, dentro do mesmo), verificamos o nosso dinheiro e notamos que havia a falta de 1 nota de 20 usd. Haviamos sacado e separado exatamente 460 usd, tudo em notas de 20usd. Mas, apos a janta, ao recontarmos o monte, notamos que só havia 440 usd. Faltava 1 nota de 20usd). Provavelmente a pessoa pensou que não notaríamos, pois era apenas 1, entre mais de 20 notas do mesmo valor, que ele estava retirando... E devo confessar que, se não fosse exatamente a quantia que iriamos pagar no Hotel em Isabela, não iriamos notar realmente... Bom. Como foram apenas 20usd, e como foi realmente uma falha minha esquecer o cofre aberto, preferimos não gerar nenhuma confusao/discussão, apenas por isso... Este foi realmente o único "problema" no hotel. Todo o restante foi perfeito e excelente.
