Atlantic Suites Hotel  

Location was excellent, room was spacious, hot shower, cable TV and wi fi in room.

We met 3 staff, none spoke English, no map available at reception. The room looked out to the main road, the glass in the window was so thin it was as though there wasn't any, so very noisy in the mornings.

I heard there were so many cockroaches in Guayaquil. But this hotel had no cockroaches.

The whole concept of being a hotel is ridiculous. Not clean, no comfort; not internet on the above floors; terrible rooms; walls flaking; bad beds; and more.

The building is historic, with beautiful marble & narrow staircases. Interestingly, nothing in the construction is square.It is scrubbed, mopped & wiped daily. The a/c is a blessing in the humid heat of Guayaquil. The small staff are prompt and courteous, patient with language barrier. There's a computer on the web in the lobby. Very secure: grilled security gate closed after hours but opened promptly when my taxi arrived.

The city location means constant traffic noise, diminished in the night. Take ear plugs if you want an afternoon nap or restful night. The free breakfast was adequate, essentially a grilled cheese sandwich (roll with cheese traditional in Ecuador), hot milk with instant coffee to taste, & delicious fresh papaya or pineapple juice.

Simple, clean, comfortable room near the heart of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. One staff member speaks good English. After one night here I felt comfortable and booked the room for an additional week.

The booking price is a promo value actual continuing price is higher. The booking site should give real prices.

-Terrible service! 2 of 4 days we couldn't have breakfast because the cafe was closed, though it should be included. When we complained the receptionist said we could just take a cup of coffee! - Staff were so rude and unhelpful. -No hot showers. -Noise from the road and pipes in the wall. -Staff don't speak any English. -Guayaquil itself is not a city worth of visiting for turists.

Great WiFi and cable with a comfortable bed. Breakfast included( two days of three night stay) and located close to main area attractions in Guayaquil.

Hotel was very old and nothing suite about it. In fact I wasn't allowed to have breakfast included on the day I checked out. I would not stay here again.

staff does not speak any engflish mastercard machine did not work... had to pay by cash no english....no english spoken or understood

The rooms are large and comfortably furnished and include air conditioning.

WiFi internet did not work for my entire stay there and they made no attempt to get it repaired. The hotel is located literally within 1 block of over 50 computer sales and repair stations with probably over 100 computer repairmen within a few minutes walk and yet they couldn't be bothered to have one come and fix their wifi router so it would properly assign an ip (the wifi router setup appears to have been configured wrong since connecting to the wifi network was no problem but could not get internet access through it although the ethernet hardwired desktop computer internet access was working fine).

El desayuno, podrian esmerarse un poquito más. Fuimos a desayunar a otro lugar era incomible lo que ofrecian

La atenciòn del recepcionista q estaba a nuestra llegada. La cercanìa a sitios turìsticos.

El servicio de desayuno. Es pèsimo. Casi nos intoxicamos con productos vencidos:leche, queso, mantequilla. Muy sucio el espacio, con insectos incluidos. Salimos una noche antes por esta razòn. Pidieron disculpas y nos devolvieron 4 dòlares por 2 dias de desayuno...!!!!! No ofrezcan con desayuno incluido, es una oferta engañosa.

Solo la ubicación.

No cumplen lo que ofrecen. Dijeron que el desayuno estaba incluido y no cumplieron. No ayudan a cargar equipaje siendo que las habitaciones se encuentran en pisos superiores y no se despiden en forma cordial al retirarse los huespedes.

No dan desayuno, aunque dice la promoción. La habitación era económica pero en el 3º piso. Alli no tenia WIFI y al comenzar a llover, ingresó agua en la habitación desde el techo.

La calidad de los servicios es media. Las promociones no incluyen desayuno.

El trato con los recepcionistas, muy amables

Solicité cambio de nombre de la factura un día despues y no me aseguraron que podrían hacerlo.

Nada, el hotel es pesimo...

Las filtraciones que tienen las habitaciones son terribles, despiertas con toda la habitación mojada, los baños a pesar que son en suit, tienen pesima privacidad.

especialmente el "desayuno" es muy malo, y no cumplen horarios, dicen que abre a las 8.30, y a veces empezaba a las 10 am. ademas de pobre.

El precio.

Las habitaciones podrian haber sido mejor decoradas.

La habilitación tenía mal olor. La nevera tenía mal olor. El aire acondicionado sonaba muy fuerte. El lavamanos botaba agua y mojaba el baño. El personal de hotel entró a la habitación sin siquiera tocar la puerta.

La ubicación es buena por lo cerca que se encuentra del malecón, al igual que el funcionamiento de los artefactos dentro de la habitación y la seguridad del lugar.

El olor del restaurante, el cual no siempre era agradable, se colaba en las habitaciones. Los cambios de cama quedaban mal ajustados a las misma ahciendo del sueño una experiencia incómoda y el desayuno no fue ni bueno ni variado.

Relación calidad/precio. El personal es muy atento.
