Nice and quiet with very clean rooms and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and gave us many tips on what to do and where to go.
A little difficult to park perhaps, although the hotel made sure that the cars were looked after.
Across from new shopping center scheduled completion November Located right at the new bridge entrance to San Vicente
School across the street in session the children drop off starts early
We were traveling on business and did not spend much time in the facility. The location is convenient to downtown, and close to the river walk. Breakfast made to order. AC, TV, wifi made the time we spent there very comfy. Watching the sunset while chilling out on the balcony an unexpected pleasure. Sonia and staff are friendly and welcoming.
Very comfy, friendly staff, great breakfast.
Great staff, great location, and so much better value than the other hotels in Bahia. Thoroughly recommended.
David and Sophia know little or nothing about customer service. The rooms have "suicide showers". These are small on demand hot water heaters built into the shower heads. Ours not delivered more electrical shocks than hot water. I was actually shocked twice while showering. We turned it off to be safe.
Staying at bahia nn was like being with family. We still keep in contact with David and Sofia
the staff and owners were excellent and very helpful. they make you feel at home, especially sofia & pamalia
David and Sophia are the best. They become immediate friends and are extremely helpful to new visitors. I highly recommend.
I had to leave.
Staff was very kind and helpful. Bahia is an easy place to get around to local beaches and activities.
Everything about the place. Location was perfect. The breakfast was great and the staff were outstanding. They went far and beyond to make my stay comfortable and to help in any way.
Nothing. What's not to like??
My stay at Bahia Bed and Breakfast was so much fun, that I originally was only scheduled to stay for one night, and ended up staying for over two weeks. The owners are beyond helpful and speak both English and Spanish. They are a wealth of knowledge about anything fun or of interest to do in the area. They planned a trip for several of us to go to isla del corazon, recommended where to eat, took me on a mountain bike ride, where to go for the best view of the sunset; I was even able to practice casting an authentic fishing net, with a local Ecuadorian Fisherman! The food is excellent and is very healthy compared with some of the other foods in Ecuador. Now, I just need to plan my return visit!
Only that I wish I had more time to stay longer!
David & Sofia were very helpful. The AC worked well, pillow top bed was nice, close to the bus station, safe neighborhood. It was fun to watch the children come to school. Bahia is the most beautiful town we saw on the coast. They are building a mall near them that will open May 2015.
Stairs to second floor were very steep. As I left, they said they have a first floor room so request this if you have bad knees. Bathroom was very tight with poor water pressure but it was warm water. Cloth Bathmat was missing, but soap was in shower & by sink which was nice. Noisy neighborhood.
Owner very knowledgeable about Bahia and area; good breakfast
Location a little out of the way
Insects in bed and in room Price didn't meet expected quality No breakfast
David and his staff were very friendly and accomodating. The B & B was easy to find and located just a block from the Melacon and bridge that takes you to Heart Island. The beds were comfortable, there was lots of hot water and english TV. The breakfast was delicious and organic. I would certainly recommend for anyone on a budget and visit again in the future.
The internet was inconsistent but adequate.
Friendly and helpful staff. Fixed the shower very soon after we reported it was broken. Gave us another bathroom to use while our shower was broken. Comfortable bed.
We have stayed here three times in the last three months, with a different room each time. This is a new and exciting B&B in a convenient Bahia location overlooking the 'Puente Del Los Caras' (the longest bridge in Ecuador). Comfortable and clean with ac and hot water. The restaurant is great at any time of day, serving local, Columbian and N.American dishes. Parking is possible. Our hosts David and Sofia were extremely attentive, helpful and fun. You can learn a lot from them about Bahia and the surrounding areas.
Quiet at night, a little noisier in the early mornings.
Dave and Sophia went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Dave took time to let me know of all his favourite independent tourist activities. The low tide, beachcycle to the archological museum at Chirije was fantastic.
