Nothing seemed to work: the wi-fi in the room (it works in the lobby), the gym and sauna closed, abandoned bar Needs urgent refurbishment if it wants to continue operating, has the flair of an abandoned house left alone in the 70's; The Menu in English in the Restaurant is poorly translated, misleading customers Staff does not answer the phone easily, one time tried for 20m until I lost my patience and went down to Reception :) And the bathtub had the previous customer's soap on display inside...

Comfortable hotel in a great location in the heart of Quito

There was virtually no bar service, only a very simple restaurant for breakfast and dinner, I thought the hotel should have had more.

The hotel was an excellent choice, great location, and easy access to the airport with free shuttle in the early morning hours.

My stay at Hotel Casino Plaza was frustrating. The room I stayed had an air conditioning which was not working. I informed the desk immediately after my arrival, maintenance checked the issue, and reported to room service for it to be changed, all within the hour of my arrival (11 am!!!). Moreover, nothing was done and even after 4-5 requests (one done in person at the reception, where I specifically authorized the hotel staff to enter my room while I went out) I had to sleep without air conditioning in an extremely hot room... quite an unconfortable night, which I will not repeat.

Miss the casino - what will be going in there?

Hotel muy costoso para las instalaciones tan viejas y sucias El internet en la habitacion es solo para 2 personas las demas no pueden estar en internet. Es muy tetrico los televisores viejos y dañados.

El Hotel esta bueno

Me sentí estafado con el costo y la habitación, realmente es mejor reservar directo con el Hotel. No sé si hubo una confusión del portal pero fue un robo total la tarifa era para una semana y a la final me cobraron solo un día. Inaceptable esto. Fue un Robo.

La seva situació a un barri centric.

Habitació amb olor desagradable. Finestres no tancaben I la meitat dels endolls no funcionaben. La majoria del temps, la llum del pasadis estaba apagada I no es veia res, ni tans sols per possar la tarjeta per obrir la porta de l'habitacio. Esmorzar escàs I de mala qualitat L'hotel disposa de 2 restaurants. Un estaba tancat per reformes I l'altre no es podia fer servir per que estava ocupat per un event. Conclusió, havies de sortir de l'hotel per menjar alguna cosa. Poca col·laboració del personal I es desentenien dels problemes.

Da la impresion que este hotel esta exactamente igual que cuando lo inaguraron y seguro que hace de eso mas de 30 años. Es tétrico y decadente, los muebles estan muy deteriorados, todo el suelo es de moqueta vieja y sucia incluidos los ascensores. No funciona bien la wifi. Hay que ir al CC de enfrente a conectarse. Es muy común ver gente por los pasillos del hotel con su Laptop o tableta buscando red sin resultado. En el desayuno se acaban los alimentos y no reponen, por ejemplo pan. Ponen unas jarras con zumos y hielo a primera hora y si bajas a desayunar a las 8.30 el hielo se ha derretido y es todo agua. El personal de recepcion son atentos, correctos y voluntariosos, pero no tienen medios para satisfacer a los clientes. Prefiero pagar 30 dolares mas pero que este limpio y funcione todo correctamente. Sorprendentemente desde Quito marche a Bogota y me hospede en uno devla misma cadena y similar precio y estuvo estupendamente. FALTA INVERSION

Suites muy espaciosas.

El TV no funcionaba y no cambiaban USD en recepción

Avsaknad av träningsanläggning, pool eller liknande. Lite service vid incheckning men senare bättre vid hjälp av flygbokningar, utskrifter mm. Förhållandevis dyrt och inte så högt värde för pengarna.

Si excelente hotel

La experiencia que tuve no me ha gustado nada.

Lamentablemente el sevicio que me han brindado no ha sido de lo que esperaba, he dormido sobre una sábana usada, la cual no ha sido cambiada, en la parte de los pies presentaba manchas negras de pomada de zapatos, alguna persona se había depilado porquer había infinidad de pelitos. Presente el reclamo en recepción y las señoritas ni se inmuetaron, lo unico que deseaba era al menos una disculpa, pero no la recibí.

Ubicacion , yacuzzi

Se debe actualizar la informacion , yo fui por el casino y ya el pais no acepta casinos , Grave la falta de la actulizacion de la informacion .

国内線乗り換えの為、比較的空港から近かったので選びました。 ジュニアスイートを予約。部屋はとても広く清潔で快適。 一泊だったのがとても勿体ないくらい良かったです。 スタッフも親切でした。

行きにシャトルバスをお願いしていたのですが、迎えに来てもらえずタクシーを利用しました。

It was really quite loud at night - a lot of noise from the street could be heard in from my room which made it difficult to sleep.

Front lobby looked like it could be a nice place.

First they had advertised having a casino, (only reason we picked this hotel to stay). When we arrived, we found out the casino was shut down over 3 months ago (then why still advertise?). Had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, this was a joke and could have been funny if we were not so tired and weary from our travels. Service was non existent, and the staff didn't know what they were doing (at all). The entire place (including the restaurant) looked like a ghost town. Apparently everyone already knew this broken down tired hotel was a 'has been'.
