Friendly stuff Clean, with hot water

Not all the employees speak English, but it's positive enough that one or two did! Typical Ecuadorian breakfast, not satisfactory if you are used to huge European breakfast buffets.

We stayed there four different times during our vacation in March 2014. We were there in 2010 too. The hotel has a great location, and we love the big windows, the view, the light and airy rooms which have been added above the previous rooms. The Staff could not have been more helpful. We LOVE staying there. It is our home away from home when we visit Quito and surrounding area and the price is great too.

I wish they had full length mirrors in the rooms, and bottles of water, although water is available if you ask for it.

Location on Reina Victoria in La Mariscal. Close to Foch Square with all tbe surrounding bars, restaurants and travel agencies but on the quieter side. Spacious comfortable rooms. Good hotel security. Really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent wifi signal in rooms. Laundry service good, fast and fair price.

    Breakfast was poor.

The rooms are very clean and the suite comes with a small kitchenette.

    It is a bit expensive.

The staff must be one big family. They are all so relaxed, kind, and motivated to run a fantastic hotel. I did not go to their breakfast, but I can tell you that their kitchen was spotless every day. There is a bank across the street where we got cash inside with the actual passport. And don't miss the WONDERFUL BAKERY AND CAFE TWO DOORS DOWN FROM THE HOTEL. We enjoyed the hotel courtyard with its shade and fountain. The hotel is staffed all night, and they are ready to welcome you when you push the buzzer by the gate.

We could not print our boarding passes at the hotel, but there is a friendly cyber café less than a block away.

Very good value for money. Rooms aren't large but comfortable and nice bathrooms. Some eating places nearby and close enough to the Old Town to get a taxi for about $5-6. Within walking distance of the eateries of La Mariscal.

We spent 3 nights end of October. We had a nice suite with kitchenette. The room and the bathroom were large and clean. This a quiet location in La Mariscal district, though not far from colon street where you can find many good restaurants. Public transportation is of walking distance. The personnel is dedicated but only speak Spanish. It would be a good improvement if they could speak a bit of English.

For breakfast, the dining room is very crowded, everybody coming at the same time, because it ends at 9 O’clock. It could be extended to 10 O’clock. The personnel have difficulties to manage the situation, so that we had to serve ourselves many times. Also the breakfast could be more diversified.

The location and most staff was very pleasant;it was clean and modern

The parking lot was being replaced with allday noisefr ;one of the staff recommended a taxi for 5:00$ which cost 1:00$ return by chosing a street taxi.for the same trip.

It's a nice hostel. Clean, good located, near of restaurants, bar, coffee shop, etc.

The breakfast: what it's offered does not change and the service is not good. It takes a long time to be served.

Room was great. Location great. Excellent value for money.

A little bar fridge and coffee/tea facilities would make it perfect. Staff don’t speak English.

It was very centrally located to access the city, lots of markets, restaurants, attractions.

One of our rooms was at the front of the hotel and it was very noisy. I found the bed really creaky every time anyone moved and not the most comfy.

No coffee maker for kitchen and hot water was minimal.
