Casa Isabela on the Beach  

The location was amazing - litterally on the beach! The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant The receptionist Daniella spoke good English and she helped us to arrange all our trips. Everything was spotless - the staff were constantly cleaning. I recommend the delicious breakfast on the terrace with beautiful seaviews. Our room number 8 is the best as it has it's own small private balcony looking out over the beach.The others have open shared terraces.It also had the quietest aircon I have ever come across! If you are looking for clean, simple accomodation in a quiet area with great seaviews this is the place for you.

The breakfast included in the price but taken in a nearby restaurant was poor. Why have it elsewhere when Casa Isabela offers a far superior breakfast in great surroundings at a very reasonable ($5) price? The rooms were smaller than they look in the photos but are more than adequate. We found the local agent Galatours very slow to respond to our emails regarding payment and accomodation vouchers etc.

The room was not at all worth it for the price I paid , the location is not the best one neither , the rooms are very basic, no restaurant in the hotel, the entrance of the hotel was under constructions and no illumination, actually it was scary. I am very disappointed of the conditions of the hotel and also the "nice advertisement " is not at all what you will find in the hotel.

Airco, beach view

Staff didn't speak a single word of English, didn't except credit card, didn't look very happy to see paying customers. The windows were not waterproof, so when it rained a lot, the water would come inside the room. Plaster came of the walls if you would lean against it. For the price of the hotel (was the only place available) I expect much better service and cleaner rooms.

Super jardinet en bord de plage!

Um excelente hotel familiar, que fica praticamente na areia da praia. Tudo extremamente limpo e bem cuidado, e os donos sempre bem dispostos a te ajudar no que for preciso! Gostamos de tudo em Isabela e, para nós, foi o ponto alto da viagem. Recomendamos a qualquer um, este hotel. Detalhe: Apesar de site Booking.com informar que não existe wifi no hotel, isto está incorreto. Existe sim, com boa velocidade, e é gratuíta. O que não existe é tv (no Booking.com ele diz que existe, o que esta errado). Mas para nós foi até bom, pois com uma paisagem daquela, todos os dias, a gente nem pensava em ficar vendo tv. ;-)

Não tivemos nenhum problema com o Casa Isabela. Tudo estava perfeito. Porém, tivemos problemas com a agencia de turismo que estão representando o hotel, na internet: a Galacruises. Apesar de feito a reserva com mais de 1 mes de antecedencia, via Booking.com, eles esperaram até chegar a menos de 1 semana da minha chegada ao hotel, para me avisar que não tinha como pagar em cartões de credito lá (no site booking.com, ele avisa que é sim permitido pagar no cartão, neste hotel). Tinha que fazer uma transferencia bancaria internacional, ou preencher uma autorização de debito e enviar copias digitais do meu cartão e passaporte. Bom, como já estava no meio da viagem, ambas as opçòes eram impossíveis. Sendo assim, enviei emails, tanto para Galacruises, como para casaIsabela, perguntando como proceder neste caso. Após 4 dias sem nenhuma resposta, comecei a ficar preocupado, e resolvei ligar para o número que aperecia no booking.com. Nada! Ninguem atendia o número. Já comecei a acreditar que tinha caido em algum esquema de fraude, e que o tal hotel nem existia... Situaçào que se tornou ainda pior, quando perguntei na Ilha Santa Cruz, se alguem já tinha ouvido falar deste hotel. Nada de novo! Nunca ninguem tinha ouvido falar deste hotel... Foi aí que uma pessoa do Hotel em que estavamos na Ilha Santa Cruz, resolveu ligar para o escritorio da Galacruises, e pediu para falar diretamente com a pessoa que tinha me enviado o email... Só assim que finalmente conseguimos clarificar o que ocorria, se estava tudo ok, e se tinha outras alternativas... Bom, no final, pagamos em dinheiro (mas sacamos tudo na Ilha Santa Cruz mesmo, pois na Ilha Isabela não tem caixa eletronico! E são 2:30h de barco entre ambas as ilhas, por travessia!!!) Detalhe 1: Ao final, ao chegarmos na Isabela, descobrimos que é possível sim pagar no cartão, apesar do Hotel não ter a maquina. Tem uma representante da Galacruises na Ilha, só para isso. :P Detalhe 2: o nome do hotel é novo!

le calme , le site au bord de la mer qui était à 15 mètres.

Sehr schöne und saubere Pension zu fairem Preis. Optimale Lage direkt am Strand und auch nur wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum von Puerto Villamil. Die beiden Frauen, die das Haus führen, sind sehr herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Überraschenderweise gab es sogar ein recht gut funktionierendes WiFi. Das Frühstück war wirklich lecker; wir konnten es beinahe individuell zusammenstellen. Alles in allem haben wir uns auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder das Casa Isabela buchen.

Hilfreich ist es sicherlich, ein bisschen spanisch zu sprechen.

Lo mejor de esta hostal son el excelente estado de las habitaciones y su ubicación privilegiada, justo frente a la playa, a sólo pasos de ella. El lugar siempre estaba muy limpio, con pisos y muros radiantes. La playa que está a sólo pasos del jardín de la hostal es increíble, de arenas blancas y aguas turquesas. El lugar es atendido por su propia dueña, una señora muy amable, cordial y oportuna en brindar ayuda.

Me ha gustado todo.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderbare und die zwei jungen Frauen, welche das Hotel fuehren sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel, um ein paar Tage auf Isabela zu verbringen

La calidez y disposición del personal. La limpieza, ubicación, tamaño de la habitación, buen servicio agua caliente.
