Casa Lloret

The staff were delightful and very helpful! We stayed there on the way south and again going back north. The room was nice and we had a small balcony. Coffee was great.

Casa Lloret is a charming place. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The design of the house is lovely. Also, the neighborhood is very quite. The staff at Casa Lloret is friendly and try to help you in everything you need. One of the best things is the breakfeast which is delicious. I stayed at Casa LLoret for one week.

It is a little bit far from down town. But, Cuenca is a small city, so it is not a big problem.

Our stay at Casa Lloret was wonderful--modern decor, comfortable rooms, and well-kept grounds. They served a lovely hot breakfast every morning, where we enjoyed the company of the other guests--there is also an outside courtyard if you prefer the company of birds:) Estefania and her staff were so accommodating--from recommending restaurants and real estate agents to ordering us taxis and Papa John's pizza! We were glad we chose to stay outside the bustle of town in Casa Lloret's quiet residential area by the river--it's a pleasant 10-minute walk or $2 taxi ride into town. We would definitely recommend.

Being in a residential area, Lloret is not allowed to have a large sign (understandably so) and this, coupled with the fact that it is a relatively new hostal and apparently unknown to many of the taxi drivers, made finding it the first time quite difficult, even with a map. Once we became more familiar with our surroundings though, we had no problem directing the drivers.

We could not have made a better choice in accommodations. The Lloret family are wonderful hosts and extremely gracious people. They helped us fall in love with Cuenca. Kate and Steve.

We had a pleasant stay and the staff was extremely helpful. Beautiful grounds with nice modern architectural design. Breakfast was delightful with fresh fruits and juices.

trato familiar,las suites estan preciosas el precio lo vale si viajas en auto te dan un control del garaje y asi no hay esperas para que alguien abra el porton me senti en casa en mi proximo viaje a cuenca sera mi lugar de alojamiento definitivo felicidades para la familia lloret y a estefania

Viajo con frecuencia y siempre consulto booking y tengo confianza en la calificaciòn que da a los hoteles pero en este caso debe revisar a Casa LLoret pierde credibilidad, lo que me gusto fue el desayuno.

Casa Lloret esta ubicado al ingreso de la ciudad esta lejos del centro, no cuenta con agua caliente o no prendieron el calefon por que eramos sus unicos huespedes solicito que revisen la calificaciòn que tiene para que otras personas que consultan no les genere espectativa .

El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. El desayuno es completo y la relación calidad precio realmente es buena.

La gente del familia LLoret son muy amables. Al recibir notificación de nuestra visita, la Srta. Estafanía me mandó un email escrito en Inglés perfecto (mi idioma materna) dandonos la bienvenida y todos los datos del sitio. Nos ha ayudado en cambiar a una habitación mejor una vez que la tenía disponible, ayudandanos con las maletas y todo. Siempre hay un miembro de la familia a nuestra disposición para ayudarnos con cualquier pregunta. La casa es cómoda y cuenta con estacionamientos. Me ha dicho que pudiera tener acesso a un laptop, si fuera necesario. Nos ha dado consejos donde comer, que sitios tiene que ver, donde comprar pan, recetas medicas y más. Llamen taxi cuando lo necesitamos. Es realmente un sitio acogedor.

Mi esposo dice que el hostal es más caro que otros hostales en Cuenca, pero el sitio es sumamente seguro y tranquilo - pues vale el precio.

si que la reserva fue por 114 dolares y a la final me cobraron 140 dolares que no se el porque?????? eso si me molesto mucho.

No esta cerca del centro histórico de Cuenca

Lugar muy acogedor, intimo y algo retirado. Excelente trato. Las habitaciones muy confortables y el diseño del mismo no muy recargado y guardando relación con el entorno. Muy recomendable.

Es un hotel familiar magnifico. Seguro bien ubicado.

The staff was excellent!! They really took great care, time, and effort to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible by, among other things, arranging tours, transportation, and helping with issues that arose from any source during our 8 day stay. An onsite laundry and fully equiped kitchen were made available for our use, and the breakfast included with the room was excellent. A major shopping mall is located within walking distance, but it is far enough away that the environment surrounding the Casa was peaceful and restfully quiet at night. We highly recommend Casa Lloret to anyone planning a visit to Cuenca.

We stayed in the suite for 3 nights. It had a pretty comfortable double bed, and a small sofa and tv in the living area. The rain head shower was wonderful and it had a full kitchen. The internet was very good and so was the friendly staff.

The area didn't have many restaurants and it's a long cab ride into the Centro Historico, but it is walking distance from the Mall Del Rio. The shower doesn't drain very well and I wish the tv was bigger, but all in all it's a pleasant little place for a short stay.

O único problema é que o WiFi não pegava no meu quarto. Eles foram informados e estou certa de que isto deverá ser resolvido.
