Hotel Cityplaza  

The staff was excellent! The restaurant was beautiful and had good food. It's located right in the heart of the city and close to the airport. Great value for the money.

The linens could be upgraded.

Great sized rooms, good breakfast and helpful staff

The room (a suite) was big, comfortable, well kept with nice furniture and clean and not much more expensive than an ordinary room. The restaurant in the hotel is very good.

There was a problem with a leaking airconditionor, and the staff on the hotel was not able to fix it allthough they tried theeir best. This was however only a minor irritation.

hotel was in a good location in guayaquil. room was spacious and modern. breakfast included was good. walking distance of the river and the boardwalk.

parking is off premise but staff helped out well.

The staff was exceptional. Free shuttle pick up from airport & using the shuttle for a ride back to airport was reasonably priced. If the shuttle was not running the front desk arranged for a taxi. IThe restaurant was good, & convenient. The bed comfortable. It is a good central location for walking to the Malacon .

Very nice and friendly staff, very good location - close to the malecon and main parks, we could leave our suitaces while leaving for few days to Galapagos, the receptionist (very nice, tiny, with beautiful smile) let us stay longer with no extra charges when we were waiting for late flight

The room we had was large and had lots of windows, but also had full length drapes that gave us the option to keep if dark if we wished. Very nicely decorated with extra places to sit. The staff were excellent as was the breakfast. Small fee for the airport shuttle that is about what you would pay for a taxi, but the van they have is new and nicer than the cab we arrived in. Will certainly stay here again when we return in a few weeks.

There was nothing to dislike.

Stayed here for seven nights and eight days (extended one more night) and felt like it was home away from home. Good facilities, clean, excellent reception and guard services who were very helpful.

My room could use more electrical sockets - there was just one I could use for my laptop and when I need to charge phones and other gadgets, I'd have to unplug my laptop. Internet connection on the 3rd and 4th floors were very erratic - disconcerting for a business traveller.

The breakfast and the breakfast service can only be described as disappointing and in need of serious attention by the management. This was a five day stay and it seem to get worse each day with empty food trays, cold pre made eggs, stale bread and the list goes on.... It is a nice small dining room but no food or personal supervision is very obvious.

Estuvimos solo una noche y quiero destacar lo servicial de los empleados no solo en las recomendaciones para el limitado tiempo que estuvimos sino el apoyo que recibimos para resolver un problema con el alquiler del vehiculo.

Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig. Wer rauchen möchte, Zimmer mit Balkon buchen.

Relativ laute Umgebung und Vorhänge verdunkeln nicht wirklich. Ohrenstopfen und Schlafbrille haben aber perfekt geholfen.

Bien ubicado y su edificacion es diferente me gusto mucho!

El ruido de las habitaciones, las goteras que habia en la habitacion, del aire acondicionado, la lentitud en encontrar otra habitacin adecuada y el altisimo precio por la poca calidad de las prestaciones

mucho transito en las calles y es una zona un tanto peligrosa

El hotel cuenta con servicio de transfer dede el aeropuerto sin costo alguno, habitaciones cómodas y bien aseadas. Hay servicio de internet sin costo en todo el hotel, y el desayuno estuvo bastante bien; abundante y variado. Todo el personal muy amable y atento.

Dado que queda en el Centro de Guayaquil no es muy segura la zona, pero está a unas cuadras del sector turístico.

Muy bueno en relación precio calidad, pagué 170 usd por dos noches en un habitación matrimonial. La habitación muy grande y confortable.
