Staff was excellent, made great suggestions on things to do and went above and beyond to ensure that we had accommodations that were suited to our needs. Restaurant food quality was good but portions for included breakfast were small. Noise travels a bit because of courtyard design.

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel and we cannot recommend it. The Man that sub-lises the space for the restaurant was the only one attentive to the guessts and seem to be resolving most issues. The manager, when present, was helpfull 1.- Rooms toilet did not flush properly 2.- we were charged and imposed a 10% service fee while we had to carry our own suit cases, we had to unluck ourselfs out to leave in the morning as there was nobody there to help. 3.- they have a waterpump that works all night, making it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to sleep, and when asked to do something about it, they just said they would but the situation about not being able to sleep was never resolved as they did nothing to help. what a very dissapointing experience.

Buena ubicacion para conocer el centro historico. Edificio interesante. Buen estacionamiento desayuno muy pobre atento a que cuenta con un restaurante importante. Atento a que por el tipo de edificio las habitaciones no estan tan aisladas el personal deberia tener mas cuidado con los ruidos y la TV a su gusto.

Casa colonial. Bien ubicado con respecto a la Plaza Principal. El desayuno es muy escaso y poco variado. Ej: para cada huésped 2 rebanadas de pan untadas con '??? (ya traidas desde la cocina), una cucharadita de mermelada, jugo y revuelto de huevos.Un sola taza de café frìo. Aducen que deben ceñirse a un presupuesto de 2 U$S por desayuno. Las habitaciones y los baños son muy pequeños. Los aspectos de seguridad no estan bien controlados. Suele haber una sola persona para atender la recepción,controlar los ingresos al hotel y atender el bar. No cumplieron con el pedido de despertarnos y solicitar el taxi para nuestra salida del hotel durante la madrugada, a pesar de estar consignado por escrito la noche anterior. Sintesis: estadia no grata. No se cuanto atribuirle al Hotel -que es lo que es- o a Booking que lo evalua 4 estrellas y le da un muy bien en puntuación.

Fuimos 4 personas a Cuenca y nos alojamos en el hotel Coronel, he puesto que es de lujo porque la casa es colonial, muy linda y muy bien mantenida, la ubicación es ideal, está cerca de todo, fue una grata estadía, el personal muy amable.Cuenca una bella ciudad que todos deberíamos visitar y conocer, los taxistas cuencanos son super,super amables y todos son guias turísticos, siempre dispuestos a irte indicando por donde vas y sugerir adonde ir. Gracias en nombre de todos quienes estuvimos en la ciudad, al personal del hotel y a toda la gente amable de Cuenca la primera habitación que nos dieron a mi esposo y a mí tuvo un ruido muy feo, pero avisamos a recepción e inmediatamente nos cambiaron y luego todo estuvo muy bien

- Design des Hotels und der Zimmer - Größe der Zimmer - Sauberkeit hervorragend - großer Parkplatz auf dem Hotelhof Saunanutzung war kostenpflichtig, was erst nach der Benutzung mitgeteilt wurde. Sauna ist eine Feuchtsauna, die nur auf Anfrage des Gastes eingeschaltet wird und somit keine ausreichende Temperatur erreicht (Außentemp. ca. 14°C, Sauna kam auch nach einer knappen Std. nicht über 45°C und Sitzbänke (aus Stein) blieben demnach eiskalt) Keine Heizungen im gesamten Hotel, in den öffentlichen Bereichen (inkl. zum Frühstück) herrscht somit u.U. eine Raumtemp. von 14°C.

El trato que nos brindo el personal del hotel. Yo tenia reservadas 5 habitaciones dobles, para un grupo de 10 adultos, y al momento del check in, el hotel me cargo en mi tarjeta la totalidad de los 5 cuartos, insisto antes de llegar al hotel. El propietario sostuvo en todo momento que esa practica era establecida por Booking y que el no podia hacer nada. No es la primera vez que viajamos con esta modalidad y nunca antes se habia presentado esta dificultad. Es mas, tampoco lo comentaron al momento de ingresar al hotel. Creo que es arbitrario y despues se justifica todo diciendo que no puede resolver nada, que es booking quien determina estas condiciones. Poco serio comercialmente. El desayuno que brindan, es demasiado basico, Cafe soluble, jugos y poco mas.

El edificio es muy bonito y tiene un patio interior cubierto que es una preciosidad, en la planta baja está el comedor y el bar, una maravilla. Personal muy amable. Las habitaciones, muy pequeñas, descuidadas y con instalaciones antiguas, poca luz, casi sin agua caliente. En resumen excelente continente y deficiente contenido.
