Room decor and beds

Staff speaks very little English for a business type hotel. Business center is just a few desktops and printers and it took me 45 minutes just to print out a boarding pass. Front check in not very friendly or helpful. Safe in the room was broken and security staff could not figure out how to make it work.

On the last night in Quito, we wanted to be near the airport. Not only were we delighted with the hotel, the food in the restaurant was exceptionally good.

Just a 1st class hotel for a great price.

Easy access to the airport. Great workout facility and swimming pool as well as steam and sauna. Nice restaurant. Helpful staff. excellent value for quality.

needed to take a taxi to other locations. Not in a good area to walk around at night.

Fifteen minutes to airport.

We were not met at the airport upon arrival even though we had made arrangements for airport transfer. They made it up to us by not charging for our transfer to the airport.

The hotel is located in a modern and safe business downtown area which few big shopping malls near by. The size of the room is also good. Free Wi-Fi and swimming pool provided.

Location: safe, next to the park, shopping mall in 10 mints distance. Very good breakfast was bonus!

Airport flight path is directly overhead. Planes taking off until midnight or so...very loud.

Excellent room, clean

I will never be back to this hotel. It was extremely noisy. A restaurant with loud music worged until 2 am on Friday. On Saturday a private party at the Hotel with loud music lasted as well until 2 am.

había mal olor saliendo de la ducha y mal olor en los parqueaderos. Mucha bulla por los eventos que habían ese día.

-No tiene aire acondicionado. -Tarjetas acceso de banda magnetica que se borraban constantemente. -Los baños son antiguos -Precio elevado en relación a los servicios del hotel

El personal de trabajo no me gusto falta de organización y la ducha del baño están dañada y el aseo de las duchas pésimo

Llegamos a las 2:30 am el dia siguiente (7-03-13)y no habia cuarto para nosotros! Somos una pareja bastante mayor de 70 y 75 anos! Habia avisado dos dias antes, de que ibamos a llegar despues de media noche. Nos mandaron a las 3 am (!!!) a otro hotel. Los de la recepcion vinieron con una mentira, de que la piscina habia infiltrado algunos cuartos.... Al dia siguiente regresamos a Dann Carlton, porque teniamos un grupo grande de amigos alojados ahi.
