Nice location, big rooms, good restaurants.

Extremely noisy ( constructions around and some of the staff).

Good location .Good restaurant and bar. Friendly staff in particular at the exclusive lounge on the 3rd floor(in the 5 levels building).

Impossible to sleep .We had a so called exclusive room but it was on the third floor on the backyard (in the 5 levels building) with no view .All night we had noise from outside( car parking ,car alrms ) and inside to the hotel (slamming doors ,furniture moves, bathroom plumbery etc..)

I loved the how nice the staff was. Also how nice the place was for the great deal I got.

My girlfriend and I wanted to go to the pool. However we could not because we did not have a cap to use. I wanted to charge it to my room and they would not let us. That made my girlfriend upset and that is never good for me. The need to tell you what you need in your room or something, while also letting you charge stuff to your room!

Room decor and beds

Staff speaks very little English for a business type hotel. Business center is just a few desktops and printers and it took me 45 minutes just to print out a boarding pass. Front check in not very friendly or helpful. Safe in the room was broken and security staff could not figure out how to make it work.

On the last night in Quito, we wanted to be near the airport. Not only were we delighted with the hotel, the food in the restaurant was exceptionally good.

Just a 1st class hotel for a great price.

There is nothing not to like

Great location, superb breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Easy access to the airport. Great workout facility and swimming pool as well as steam and sauna. Nice restaurant. Helpful staff. excellent value for quality.

needed to take a taxi to other locations. Not in a good area to walk around at night.

Fifteen minutes to airport.

We were not met at the airport upon arrival even though we had made arrangements for airport transfer. They made it up to us by not charging for our transfer to the airport.

The hotel is located in a modern and safe business downtown area which few big shopping malls near by. The size of the room is also good. Free Wi-Fi and swimming pool provided.

Location: safe, next to the park, shopping mall in 10 mints distance. Very good breakfast was bonus!

La atención y la excelente limpieza de la habitación y de las zonas comunes. Además, su excelente ubicación en la ciudad de Quito.

No tengo ningún punto negativo para comentar.

Het ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid en lekker!

De bellboy heeft er maar weinig zin in en zou je koffer liever naast de deur laten staan, maar hij wilt wel fooi! Bij de checkout moet je de rekening nakijken!

El servicio de Buffet noes bueno, la comida fría y un mesero en especial de muy mala actitud. No usaría nunca más el comedor.

Para la persona que va de negocios me parece ideal.

Excelente comida y habitacion muy comoda. Me gusto tener computador en la habitacion para trabajar mas comodamente.
