When we arrived I didn't like the smell of the room, we were quickly moved to another room. The hotel was very clean; the rooms, the pool, the restuarant. The resturant food was excellant. and much less than we had expected. The suite we were moved into had 2 A/C units which worked very well. The balcony off the room was huge and overlooked the ocean. The staff at the front desk was very enthusiastic about helping us make appointments, getting us a taxi or helping us make an international phone call. They were fantastic. Thanks to this hotel this was by far one of the best trips we've ever had!

Cuando llegamos, nadie sabia de nuestra reserva. Tuvimos que presionar para que nos den habitaciones juntas. La una con vista a la piscina y la otra tenia vista a una construccion pobre. En el desayuno nunca habia mesas limpias y nunca retiraron los platos de nuestra mesa. las botellas con agua.. de cortesía solo las pusieron el primer dia pese a que todos los dias nos cobraron la misma tarifa. Teniamos dificultad en conseguir parqueadero en el patio del hotel.

Las instalaciones son modernas y hay buen mobiliario. El checking lento, no hay botones, no hay servicio de room service, no hay nevera en la habitacion. No hay servicio de transporte deberian al menos recomendar a alguien. Muy costoso para lo que ofrece.

El servicio de REstaurante No no me hospedaría nuevamente en el hotel, realmente me pareció un gasto muy oneroso y lo calificaría como caro y no como costoso. El recepcionista que me recibió al parecer no le gustó que haya hecho la reserva por medio de Booking y en cuanto llegué intenté cambiar la reserva por una habitación individual no me permitió hacerlo, luego solicitó mi tarjeta de crédito y procedió a cerrar la cuenta (antes de hospedarme) demostrando desconfianza de si puedo o voy a pagar mi cuenta. De esa manera me impidió cargar el consumo del restaurante a mi habitación y de no haber bajado con dinero ubiese tenido problemas en el momento de pagar la cuenta. En la Habitación había Cucarachas No hubo botones que lleve mi equipaje La tv no tenía imagen nítida sino borrosa Es mas caro que el Sheraton de Guayaquil y el Howard Jhonson

Lo que mas me ha gustado es la piscina, la atencion al cliente, el servicio de marketing, el restaurant y su excelentes platos. En cuanto a las habitaciones muy confortables y con muy buena vista al mar.

La estructura hotelera, me refiero al inmueble es bueno y con grandes potencialidades para desarrollar un servicio mucho mejor. Buen desayuno. El servicio no es bueno, reservé en el hotel por medio de una website especializada y llegando me dijeron que el costo era mas alto, problema muy común en Ecuador. Al entrar a la habitación tenía olor a humedad, había manchas de moho en el techo. Existen áreas subutilizadas o que no se explotan.
