Nice and helpful staff. Conveniently a travel office as well.
a bit overpriced, definitely for higher end customers.
The main sitting area downstairs Size of the room
Price was steep for what we got Wi-fi connection not great unless in the reception area...but that's Galapagos!
Nice rooms, really helpful staff - Jonathan sorted everything out for us, seems to be reasonably priced, fairly central location
We only had one week there!
Room was nice and the hostel was generally good.
We had a few issues with the staff that left a bad taste in our mouths. They organized our ferry rides but then never gave us tickets or info and forgot to show up in the morning when they said to meet them outside. They also probably overcharge a bit for the tours they offer compared to some of the other places in town, and one highlands tour they through together a 'guide' that knew nothing of the area (make sure you get an actual guide for all tours!)
All,we didn't get what we booked At all, poor staff,no breakfast!!,it isn't hotel three stars!! Les then hostel!
The location was within easy walking distance of town. Richard, one of the staff, was delightful and gave us a nice tour of the Highlands
We stayed at Galopagos Dreams because of the associated travel office. Although we made arrangements well in advance, they were not able to get us on 2 of the 3 trips we requested (despite having told us everything was in order the day we arrived). The trip they did book us on was disorganized and poorly planned.
The staff were unreal, everyone went above and beyond to help us and make our stay in puerto ayora amazing. The rooms were big with comfy beds and awesome air conditioning.
Not a thing.
Jonathan was great! He helped us book a cruise and plan the rest of our stay.
Great service, good hotel staff. Good speaking english. Locatet near a lot of fantatic retaurants, and the sea. Helpful staff.
Barking dogs all night. Hard to sleep, even after changing room. Roosters crows in the night. Whole Galapagos has a very poor internet-connection. Sometimes you have no remotecontrol to the aircondition.... It´s gone.... If you look for it, somebody else got it - no joke.
Convenient location, great value for the money, friendly and helpful staff.
rooms could use a little re-decoration. the excursions offered are not the best deals in town, but you are under no obligation to use that service.
It was an easy place to meet people. Jonathan was helpful.
Jonathan is a friendly guy but he is a businessman. The place is expensive for what you get. I don't think that most places charge a service charge as well as a tax. I booked a cruise with Jonathan leaving the next day and paid $1750. The guy that I roomed with paid $1600 on the same day at an agency downtown! I should have shopped around!
Fabulous. Johnathan and John were great hosts. Air conditioning worked great. Tours were fabulous. Would recommend to anyone.
Beds were a bit firm.
Lovely, clean, quiet place with a very friendly and helpful staff.
The price was probably a bit high for the area, but with breakfast included and lots of available help for questions, it was a fair price
I loved the location. Very close to the ocean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Jonathan was amazing in helping to book the excursions and transportation.
The continental breakfast could have had a little more to it, like fruit or something
The hostel was good and comfy, the breakfast good but simple and the staff helpful
Too much expensive for the standing
The manager, Jonathan, was absolutely fantastic! Very knowledgable, and great to book a tour through.
Jonathan, the owner, works very hard to make sure you have a good stay. We got everything we asked for from him. The other staff can be a bit forgetful, but his diligence made us feel well taken care of. He also seems to know everyone on the island, and was able to help us when we had issues with tours, even those he didn't arrange.
Place is basic, but given the price range, that is to be expected. Our room wasn't fully clean when we got it, and they sometimes ran out of breakfast items later in the morning.
Comfortable room, decent price for the Galapagos. Good location and simple but nice breakfast.
Space was great. Room was nice. The manager was very nice and helpful.
They put me in a different hotel at first. There was nothing wrong with the other hotel, just was right. ( I asked and the manager got me in to a room at Galapagos Dreams. )
The hotel is within a walking distance from the restaurants and shops. The rooms upstairs are really nice and Jonathan is very helpful and does what he can.
Unfortunately the first night we couldn't shower as there was no water - situation that happened three times during our stay of 7 days. Once my husband had to change the gas tank because there was no warm water. As far as the breakfast is concerned, almost every day they ran out of milk, because we were one of the last people having their breakfast.
The staff is friendly and very helpful, Jonaton is great and goes above and beyond to set up your tour and insures everything goes as planned. The hotel is superb and the included breakfast is great.
