Close to the airport, good food at the restaurant, nice breakfast layout, pretty hotel.

Way to much street noise, both times they put us on the 2nd floor, the shower head was terrible.

The breakfast layout was very nice, pretty hotel, quick checkout, the restaurant had great food. The sign with my name on it at the airport was a nice touch for the free transfer.

The hotel transfer to the airport did not run early in the morning even though most people check-out at the same time to catch the same early flight out, the Oro Verde Hotel across the street transfer bus was running at that time of the morning.

Nice big room with comfortable chairs and good pillows and lighting. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and the staff was super-helpful.

Street noise in Guayaquil is apocalyptic. And I didn't find the temperature control (room was too chilly for me) until my last night there. But that was totally my fault.

Located in the heart of the city, good food, the galleria, security, service.

I requested a non-smoking room which was not. Although I was changed for another, this was small room with noise AC.

Disappointed with food, menu was very nice and photos looked great. Ordere cocanut shrimp with fries, no cocanut on shrimp, no fries and shrimp were overdone. I was given a drink to compensate but I was hoping for better food

The artwork lining the halls and rooms was nice touch.

The staff should know the customer is always right! Had some problems with bringing family members to our suite that should never have happened!

The warm and friendly reception staff upon my arrival has been the best experience I've had in my stay in Guayaquil. No other hotel in the city of 5 stars made ​​me feel so happy to have found a pleasant hotel. Its innovative design makes it elegant and distinguished from other hotels. In addition to its central location the hotel is opposite the U.S. consulate. An extensive and varied gallery of paintings in oil and watercolor marks it as unique in its genre. The rooms have a beautiful decoration that includes paintings by Ecuadorians and are neat, spacious, comfortable and keeping quiet room to enjoy. The speed and ability of personnel at the front desk is professional and knowledgeable. The quality of service in the dining room is excelent. The waiters in the dining room are very courteous with a variety of superior food preparation. I thank the staff of the Hotel Galeria Man-Ging the courtesy of giving me a pleasant stay. I personnaly I stamp my recommendation.

Perhaps my need to have a radio clock in the room.

The staff was excellent. Food in restraunt was delicious and nicely displayed. Room was clean and there was plenty of hot water. Very comfortable room.

Our only complaint was the noise in room 212. About 4 am neighbors quieted then guest leaving hotel going to elevator (which was near our room) made more noise. Honestly we did not sleep all night. Will stay at hotel again but do not want that particular room.

Good business hotel with an interesting "Artsy" motif. Very convenient to both the Airport and the US Embassy (directly across the street)

I had very cozy and quiet room. Loved it!

I asked to wake me up at 0445 and call the cab at 0530, but nobody woke my up, I woke up myself. When I came downstairs, lady acted like nothing had happened, did not tell me "sorry". I could be late for my flight! Another thing - not all front desk staff speaks English. I wish somebody, at least one person, was avalable to translate at all times. Also when I asked how to get to Iguana Park, the lady downstairs told me that it is very far and not safe to walk and I should take a taxi. I believed her. Soon, I learned that park was in walking distance from the hotel. For me, anyway. I walked by myself much further.

location / facilities They facilitated a driver (Dionisio) and he was very helpful in assisting us. He even took us to the airport at 415am (for free) after being my driver for 1 week.

Most of the staff are very limited in English. The bar/cafeteria was a struggle for my wife since it was hard to communicate.

What a pleasant surprise this hotel was! The staff was outstanding! The breakfast (included with the room) was wonderful! The art work and design of the hotel was incredible! We liked the hotel so much that we booked it for our return to Guayaquil!

The Gym is a real Joke. Breakfast poor. Decoration ugly. Little noisy because just beside the street.

Light. After staying in two hotels in Ecuador, neither of which had windows in the room, or lights of any wattage, it was WONDERFUL to be able to see what I was doing.

Noise. In the restaurant, they had two TVs on different channels at loud volume. The staff was shouting over it (and seemed put out that I wanted service.)

Close to the airport, shuttle offered , good breakfast.

Very nice. We booked because there is a shuttle and that takes the worries out of traveling. Good service with nice breakfast . We would stay again.
