The Hilton Colon was a great stop for 2 days on quito. It does feel more like a business hotel, but we didn't feel out of place as tourists. The staff were generally great, the concierges especially. We ate in the Japanese sushi bar one night, which was pretty run of the mill sushi (and quite expensive). The other restauarants looked pretty ordinary so I'd recommend eating out for a good Ecuadorean meal. Our room was supposed to have a mini bar, but didn'T.

The Hotel was very good. We stayed on the executive floor. Very central to everything, rooms were very nice and clean. The information they put out. They say they have complimentary airport/hotel/airport shuttle services but it only operates at certain times, thats very bad for a hotel like the Hilton. Also the executive floor lounge is very small and cannot accomodate the traffic, for what you pay for you should get the service they advertise.( South and North Americas Hotels should take a leaf out of Asian Hospitality).

la atención del personal que fallara el aire acondicionado sin solucion.Que a pesar de pedir buena vista y pagar junior suite no tuvimos buena vista.Relacion precio calidad mala.

la ubicacion instalaciones de baño pesima.se dio aviso al personal no solucionando el problema sin poder ducharnos por salir el agua hirviendo o congelada.llave de lavamano en malas condiciones.numca respondieron un email enviado antes de viajar.

El personal de limpieza muy amable y realizan un buen trabajo. Hice reservación cinco meses antes con Booking a un precio determinado y cuando llegue impusieron otro mucho más caro,culpan a Booking de ello.En todo el mundo "Toll free" para hacer llamadas a Booking es libre de costo, en el Hotel te cobran y muy caro.La tv en la habitación no funcionaba,los cuatro días que estuve,tenía líneas,reclame y continuo igual. El Bisness Center la cp no trabajan adecuadamente.Son equipos viejos y no están a la altura de un Hilton.

La cortesía del personal, la ubicación, el lobby, la habitación en general y el servicio a la habitación. Que en la reserva se garantizaba minibar en la habitación y resultó no tenerlo, en las dos ocasiones en las que nos hospedamos allí. El diseño de los baños

ubicacion no habia minibar en la habitacion, no hay room service desde el suchi, no habia servicio de gimnasio,turco y sauna. elegimos el hotel por estas comodidades y no las encontramos, realmente nos sentimos estafados. no tenian nuestra confirmacion en el hotel por parte de bookings

The location was great. I booked a tour with through the hotel. The tour driver was horrible and only wanted to fight. I had to ask to be returned to the hotel very early in the tour. It made the tour driver extremely angry and rude. The managers tried to take care of the problem, but in the end the staff was upset and rude and did not want to carry out what the managers asked. I would not recommend this hotel.
