“ It was great to stay here, great location, friendy and efficient staff. The hotel is located in the main square of the city, you can visit every spot from Baños by walking. The rooms are really clean, the continental breakfast was quite good. Our room and the restaurant has an incredible view from the main square of Baños. It was great to stay here, great location, friendy and efficient staff. The hotel is located in the main square of the city, you can visit every spot from Baños by walking. The rooms are really clean, the continental breakfast was quite good. Our room and the restaurant has an incredible view from the main square of Baños. I would like to recommend people to stay there.

I was absolutely horrified!!!! On showing my papers of confirmation of my stay I was taken to my room, on opening the door......the bed wasn't made up or room cleaned as papers and tins where everywhere. The lady asked me to wait one minute and made the bed up and picked up the papers????? No clean linen??????? I cannot speak spanish and just couldn't stay there, I turned around and found another place to stay!

La calidez de la atencion de la dueña, siempre atenta, siempre corriendo atras de sus huespedes. Exquisito desayuno, agradables habitaciones, muy buen precio, y para los argentinos: aceptan tarjeta!!!!!

Nosotros además de comer en el Restaurante Erupción, nos alojamos en el hostel que está encima del restaurante y es llevado por la misma familia. El restaurante es muy económico y de gran calidad. Nunca pensé poder comer un almuerzo tan delicioso por tan poco dinero, además de abundante!! Sirven sopa, plato principal, postre y jugo. Muy recomendable tomar el almuerzo, o si no platos a la carta. Las truchas están para chuparse los dedos!!! Probé la trucha al ajo, a la salsa de camarones y al vino, y las tres eran dignas de un restaurante de alta cocina. Felicidades a los chefs!!! El servicio es BUENÍSIMO y el restaurante siempre está lleno de gente local, lo que demuestra lo bueno que es. No es un restaurante de lujo, pero se come de lujo. El hostel es también muy económico, y por tan poco dinero no se debe esperar una habitación de lujo. Sin embargo, el hostel Erupción es muy correcto, impecable, y reitero que la familia que lo lleva son adorables y MUY serviciales. Hasta da tristeza despedirse de ellos!!! Si van a Baños y buscan un alojamiento, no duden en quedarse aquí. Si son de Baños o sólo están de paso, no se pueden perder comer en este lugar. No se lo pueden perder!! LA COMIDA ES INCREÍBLE!!! Aprovechen que están ahí alojados para comer un almuerzo de lujo por poquísimos dólares. La familia que atiende es maravillosa.

La atención de la dueña hace superar cualquier inconveniente. Nuestra excursión partía muy temprano el día que dejábamos el hotel y nos preparó el desayuno para llevar. En general, los hoteles en el centro de Baños son muy ruidosos.

El hostal es muy modesto y las habitaciones un poco pequeñas, pero muy limpio y el personal es muy agradable. Cualquier pedido era de inmediato solucionado. Muy bien ubicado, muy económico. Lo recomiendo.

Een heel simpel hotel, met service die je voor deze prijs kunt verwachten. Goede sfeer, goede bedden, matig sanitair, plezierige medewerkers. Lastig om in een slaapkamer te overnachten zonder gordijnen, met een raam uitkijkend op het licht in de gang. Niet ideaal!

אהבתי רק את הגברת שהכינה את ארוחת הבוקר היא היתה מאוד נחמדה אבל לא ידעה שום שפה מלבד ספרדית . אין תקשורת לגמרי עם בעלי המקום ,אין אפשרות להבין אותם ,החדרים גבוהים וקשה עם המזודות על הרצפה במקלחת שאריות של סבון ועטיפה של סבון ידיים (לא העזנו להתקלח שם) הרצפה בשרותים נראית כמו פסיפס של טלאים טלאים והרבה סוגים של מרצפות שמצאו ברחוב חבל שהאתר שלכם לא דורש גם תמונה של חדרי השרותים המטבח הוא מקום פתוח וכל אורח יכול לראות שהוא מאוד מאוד מלוכלך (יש צילום ) מיד כשהגענו חיפשנו מקום אחר והסיבה היחידה שנשארנו לילה אחד היא בגלל שביצענו את ההזמנה דרך האתר שלכם ,אם היתה אפשרות היינו מבטלים את ההזמנה. המקום לדעתי לא מכובד ולא מתאים למבוגרים לא ממליצה

La ubicación era muy buena, frente a la plaza del centro de Baños y a cuatro cuadras de la terminal de buses. El hostel tiene habitaciones a partir de un segundo piso por escalera, sin que te lo avisen. En el primero funciona la recepción y el restaurant, lo que genera que sea ruidoso y que llene de olor a comida el resto del hotel. Las ventanas no tienen cortinas, con lo cual entra mucha luz desde temprano.

Me gustó que la petición solicitada si la cumplieron, también la amabilidad de sus dueños, todo impecable Falta de agua caliente....Lo demás super bien. Deberían superar ese inconveniente.

nice people. very helpful despite not speaking much English. rooms can be very noisy, you can hear anything that happens on the street. also i couldn't get onto the wifi network for the whole duration i was there.

Was well situated in town, and perfect for visiting Baños Unfortunately, some evening staffing problems. Got locked out for 2 hours and no response from doorbell. Almost had to sleep outside
