The huge comfy bed, the service from all staff. Location was lovely and relaxing.

The pool wasn't open even though it was really hot. I couldn't book direct with the hotel I had to book online to get a cheap rate.

Staff were very accommodating;overall, they were excellent!!! This building is over 400 hundred years old. They've done a marvelous job keeping the building immaculate. The bed was comfortable, room clean. I had a fireplace that I utilized at night.

Had a 'little' leak my first night there in my room that caused me to be moved to another room. The staff were very helpful and apologetic. The next day they not only 'comped' me for the first nights stay, but they moved me to a 'suite', which quite surprised me, indeed! I met the owners, who were absolutely wonderful!! They were attentive, wrote down suggestions that I provided and made feel like family!! I had to remember that this building is very old and in need of constant upkeep, and the staff do an excellent job of maintaining it's beauty and charm!

Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, very quiet and peaceful, old hacienda atmosphere with beautiful grounds -- lots of antiques and flowers. Lovely walkways. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Bed was a little too soft for us.

It's a beautiful place with great people. We went at the end of November and the nights were cold but the rooms have a fireplace. Our room was spacious and clean and the people were friendly and prompt.

Nothing to not like.

We were on a long journey. Everything about the Hosteria was perfect.....reception, personnel, service, food, the tranquility, but above all the whole property with its old-world charm is unbeatable. We will return on our return journey back to Ecuador. Recommend to anyone and everyone!

La decoración es extraordinaria. Tiene detalles q van perfecto con el concepto del sitio. Definitivamente volvería con mi familia.

La habitación que me dieron quedaba muy lejos del front desk.

Todo estuvo satisfactorio, instalaciones muy bien. El unico inconveniente fue que con ustedes ya habia realizado el pago por internet, y en la hosteria me dijeron que no trabajaban con ustedes y el pago no habia sido efectuado. Por favor revisar este tema, ya que genera confusion. Gracias

El mantenimiento original del edificio antiguo y mobiliarios antiguos.

El colchon era demasiado suave y yo necesito algo mas duro porque sino me afecta a mi espalda.

que la piscina no tenga agua temperada . eso para mis niÑos era prioridad

Todo, es un hotel donde ubicado perfectamente en l a mitad de Ecuador, con unas instalaciones preciosas, es una hacienda hermosisima con paisajes espectaculares. Su gente es servicial, amable, querida; su gerente esta en todo muy pendiente se sus huespedes y con excelente sentido de servicio.

Es la segunda vez que paramos al Hacienda Chorlavi. Nos encanta. Si estamos cerca de Ibarra, quedaremos siempre allà. El personal es muy amable, el sitio un encanto! En el restaurante el servicio tambien es excelente, et la comida mut buena con un precio corecto. A recomendar 100%

Hemos querido madrugar, y salir antes de la hora del desayuno (que es muy bueno, ademas), y no hemos podido beber un cafe!!

Excelente sitio para descanso y posición estratégica para visitar Ibarra, San Antonio, Iluman y alrrededores. Gastronomía muy buena. Desayunos mejorables. Cordialidad y atención del personal excelentes.

El lugar es ideal para hospedarse y pasear por la provincia de imbabura.

Las habitaciones tienen abundante insecto en el interior la cama matrimonial es muy pequeña, no hay internet, existe algo de desorganizacion administrativa (me hospede con mi esposa y me querian dar camas individuales, pero lo solucionaron, al momento del check out la factura tenia consumos que no habia hecho,pero lo solucionaron tambien)

no tiuvimos presion de agua calienta para bañarnos, la television no funcionaba, pedimos que nos ayudaran y nunca lo hicieron, en la noche hubo un alacran en el baño

Fascnante. Cerca de la ciudad en un medio rustico, natural, ecologico. Recomendable para una luna de miel o para familias.

Me gusto la ubicacion, el trato del personal que labora en la hacienda y su entorno muy ecologico.

La comida deberian mejorarla, los banos no son de lo mejor y el precio de la habitacion esta un tanto elevado con relacion a la calidad.

El spa y la piscina son un desastre. No deberían anunciarlos en el estado en que se encuentran. El jardín y especialmente el huerto necesitan más cuidado. Esta hostería tiene gran potencial si se realiza inversión a futuro en el spa, piscina y jardínes.

This hotel is truly a garden of Eden. It is decorated very tastefully in a hacienda style. I could not have asked for a more beautiful environment.

I stayed there for three nights. There was only one other guest room taken. The hotel was empty. Since the hotel was empty, there was little or no services provided. The spa was always under maintenance and the cover was never taken off the pool. The restaurant would provide food but it seemed very painful for the staff to perform this service. The food served was mediocre at best. I did not like the attitude of the hotel staff. It was as if everything done for me was a great inconvenience and is was intruding on their vacation! I was a guest from Monday to Thursday. I understand from questioning the hotel staff that the hotel is only busy on the weekend. I would not recommend patronizing the hotel on any other day but a weekend day as you will be made to feel very unwelcome. My suggestion to the owners would be to only open on the days that the hotel is busy. Guests staying on off days are not provided the services offered.
