Hotel was comfortable, clean and the service was very good. The restaurant in hotel and room service were good as well. I have no complaints ...except , and this is not the hotels fault... The hotel as a pool and hot tub.....the pool I could not use because the weather in Loja is rather cool. The hot tub on the other hand I would have used but there was no one to explain how to turn on ...no instructions either. One of the staff that had rudimentary English was exceedingly helpful...and shame on me for going to a Spanish speaking country but not knowing how to speak Spanish. All staff tried very hard to meet any of my requests..over and above the call of duty.

The ability of the staff to make-up for a mistake, the quiet, the view from my room, that my room was warm when it was raining and cold outside, the towels - I bought one!, free use of four computers in the lobby, the dining rooms, the food - excellent!!! That the hotel had no record of the booking from booking.com, but I did have my reservation number and it eventually all worked out

Big modern quiet room with good view, nice & helpful staff, good free wifi, a good place to catch up on sleep & recharge battery before moving on into Peru. The only negative was the inadequate in-room tea/coffee facilities - however this seems to be the same in all Sth American hotels we have stayed in.

El hotel estuvo muy bien,el desayuno excelente. Que la piscina no estaba funcionando, supuesta mente por que estaba en mantenimiento justamente el día que era navidad.

El es encantador paisaje que rodea al hotel es relajante; esta en una ubicacion estarategica cerca de todo. Su personal es muy atento y amable.La comida es exquisita,y muy variada. Sus instalaciones son estupenda, y el confort de las habitaciones hacen de la estancia un lugar digno de volver y recomendar. Yo diria que es la mejor opcion de alojamiento en loja. Felicitaciones al personal y a este medio de recomendacion. La pasamos realmente muy bien. Saludos, Belen. Les recomendaria al personal de recepcion, estar al tanto de los eventos que ofrece el Hotel. Se les paso comentarnos que el ultimo Jueves de cada mes hay eventos como el de Rodizio y baile de salsa. Nos hubiera gustado disfrutar de ese evento, pero igual salimos a disfrutar de la ciudad.

Amabilidad del personal, desayuno buffet muy variado con platillos tipicos, comodidad, tes frutales en el area del lobby Bueno, no me ocurrio, pero presencie como otros jefes reclamaron al personal porque el neumatico dse repuesto de su carro (ubicado en la parte de abajo del vehiculo) se danio porque en el ingreso del parqueo del hotel habia una estructura metalica levantada que lo revento

The Hotel is almost new and has all the comforts and amenities. Restaurants are excellent! Unfortunately the one night we were there a wedding reception was held and the loud music didn't stop until almost 3AM. Although we complained and they changed our room we could not sleep until the music ended. The Hotel is difficult to find in the city. There are no signs to help find it. Once there the views are great!

Facilities were good, as was the breakfast buffet. Staff was helpful in particular the older gentleman with glasses who worked the lobby on Saturday afternoon July 14. He was excellent!
