Me atendieron pesimo, me hicieron primero esperar a que este lista la habitacion, despues me la cambiaron y de igual forma las dos habitaciones recien estaban arreglandose. Cuando entre no estaba todo limpio solamente dejaron las ventanas abiertas para que se ventile pero no esta bien que procedan de esa forma. Desayuno no tenian listo sino hasta las 7 y 45 cuando habian dicho que 7am tendrian listo todo el desayuno. Las lineas telefonicas no funcionaron y despues al final quisieron cobrarme por los intentos de llamadas. La foto de portada en booking no es la foto real del hotel, dicen que fue hace mucho que tomaron la foto pero es una foto falsa. Cuando reclame me dijeron que era otro hotel italia que tenian antes. Mentiras no se deben publicar

Basicamente me encanta la ciudad de cuenca y el hotel tiene una ubicacion estrategica, su personal es muy amable y esta siempre atento a cualquier requerimiento. La comida es deliciosa y los precios en general son muy buenos en relacion a la categoria del hotel. Sin embargo me parece que siempre se puede mejorar por ejemplo creo que el ascensor necesita un mantenimiento y el personal de recepcion debe ser un poco mas alegre al atender a los huespedes, me di cuenta que el personal de servicio asi como los del restaurante tienen mejor actitud para atender al atender.Pero bueno son pequenos detalles que son totalmente superables. Les deseo exitos y muchas gracias por hacer de nuestra estadia una experiencia inolvidable. Atte Leonardo Davila Ojeda
