We appreciate Hotel Malecon Inn being dog-friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful. When our car was too tall to fit in their parking garage, they made arrangements for it to be parked in a place where it was watched. Great location, especially for exploring the Malecon and other parks in the area. Breakfast was basic, and the coffee was instant. We understand that instant coffee is common in Ecuador, but really long for "real" coffee!

La ubicación es céntrica esta a una cuadra del Malecón 2000. Lo más importante es la primera impresión, recomiendo mejorar el Lobby de la planta baja, porque es oscuro y no muy agradable a la vista. En el 7mo piso donde se encuentra el Hotel, es más agradable. Lo recomiendo para una escapada y conocer la ciudad.

hervorragende Lage, direkt gegenueber dem Malecon; Rezeption und Zimmer liegen in der 7. Etage; darunter befinden sich Parkgaragen; dies traegt nicht gerade zu einem guten Wohnempfinden bei; Hotel ist extrem laut, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenster war der Verkehrslaerm kaum zu ertragen; touristisches Informationsmaterial: Fehlanzeige

No me gustón para nada. Está cerca del malecón y de la zona de santa ana donde queria ir. Las ccortinas caidas y sucias con manchas enormes. Las sábanas limpias. Faltaban toallas y papel higiénico en las habitaciones. Todo muy básico. Caro para lo que es. No habia pasajeros alojados. Horrible, para no recomendar. Me gustaria haber podido contar otra historia. Nos pidieron un traslado ( en la página dice que lo dan gratis) lo cobraron y uno era un taxi. En el aeropuerto cuando nos dejó, un taxista le grito pirata.

Que se encontraba en un lugar de fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad 1)Creo que algunasartefactos como la tv , debería renovarse. 2) Debería inspeccionarse todos los dás los servicios de Luz , agua y otrso que funciionen, durante mi estancia no funcionó x un día la Luz del baño y tuve que avisarles del desperfecto. 3) No debieran cobrar las llamadas que solicitamos a reecpeción para confirmar pasajes, averiguar horarios de salidas de buses, estc. cre que esto es un plus del hotel que se debiéra considerar. 4)Debería mejorar el ascensor, está muy descuidado.

La ubbicación del hotel. El servicio de parqueadero. El confort de la habitación Que el hotel no tenga servicio de restaurante. Durante la estadía el restaurante solo tenía servicio de desayuno, obligando salir al huesped a buscar alimentacion por fuera del hotel.
