Nice bed, good breakfast, the welcome cocktails.

Room was not as stated in booking.com, with no bathtub. Air-conditioning not working. Noisy neighborhood, the double windows were not enough to prevent the noise on a weekend's night. The hotel mistakenly informed booking.com about a no-show.

Great location very lively, lots of good restaurants near by. The room was nice, comfortable and quite, very good breakfast.

We had a great time at this hotel up until an hour before leaving when we were robbed in the lobby of the hotel. Be aware of the false sense of security of this hotel. The lobby doors are wide open inviting the thieves in, there is a lot of foot traffic inside and outside the hotel. The security guard is nonexistent. Once robbed we needed to call the credit card co. But were unable to do it from the lobby. The receptionist could not help us make the calls so we ended up using the internet cafe across the street. The staff although very nive in general not very helpful in this instance. The only positive in this ordeal was the camera tape wich showed us exactly how the robbery happened. Be very carefull with your belongings while in the lobby.

Some words to describe te breakfast: Disgusting! Awful! Stale bread, cold coffee, horrific scrambled eggs. Shame as it lets the overall standard down badly.

The staff and in particular Juan at the front desk made you feel welcome and wanted as soon as you walked through the door. A bellman went to get me milk at 5:30am for my coffee before we left for the airport. That is service and what keeps me coming back to places like the nu House. Stylish bathroom. Excellent a/c unit.

The room, as we've heard online, was noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, but we knew that going into our stay. Room was on the small side. Bed sheets were pilling, which tells me poor quality and a need for change. This is really inexcusable for any hotel.

Me gusto mucho su ubicación, esta cerca de bares y restaurantes a los cuales se puede ir caminando. Además de ello el personal fue muy amable en todo momento y el diseño y la limpieza del hotel son muy agradables.

solo dos cosas: 1. Las toallas son muy delgadas y no secan bien, además que ponen solo dos. 2. El desayuno servido en restaurante Q, esta un poco pobre, deben añadirle más variedad.

Bonito, muy bien ubicado, personal muy amable. La habitación bien dotada y muy bien mantenida. El internet wifi es bueno y gratis.

El desayuno incluido ni es bueno, la habitación es muy pequeña y caliente, no tiene a/C.

La atención fue excelente en todos los sentidos, desde el botones, pasando por el personal de recepción hasta la sra. De manteniminto. La habitación cómoda y moderna. La comida buena y abundante. La ubicación inmejorable.

En relacion al costo, ya que en el hotel sin reserva la tarifa es mas elevada, y por internet el monto que indica no tiene los recargos adicionales que cobran por impuestos. Es bueno que consideren promociones en tarifas

Schönes kleines Zimmer, gute Betten, klasse Dusche. Das war es dann aber auch.

Lage turbolaut, am Wochenende bis 4 Uhr morgens richtig lauter Lärm. Keine schalldichten Fenster, obwohl angegeben. Klimaanlage war kaputt konnte auch in 3 Tagen nicht repariert werden. Frühstück und Essen, schlechter gehts nicht mehr, Personal unfreundlich und nur schlecht angelernt. (nur im hauseigenen Restaurant Q möglich), Qualität miserabel, kalter Kaffee, mehrere Tage alte Minicrousaints, kein Brot oder Brötchen, jeden Tage das gleiche, keine Auswahl, auf Nachfrage keine Veränderung auch Mittagessen Fleisch zäh, Pommes kalt. Für so ein Hotel ein Skandal. Ist das Geld nicht wert.Gibt bessere Hotels die sogar rd. 20 US Dollar preiswerter sind.

Extrême amabilité du personnel. Possibilité d'avoir à toute heure du café ou du thé dans le lobby. Excellent petit-déjeûner.

Eau chaude très sporadique au lavabo, après avoir gaspillé des dizaines de litres; de plus, écoulement bouché.

Está bien decorado, en un estilo moderno, pero creo no alcanza como para catalogarlo como de diseño o boutique

Estve 5 días en total . En la segunda vez, el 10/01/13 me tocó una habitación sin aire acondicionado y de estrechas dimensiones.Me quejé , me dijeron que cuando volviera, me compesarían con una habitación superior y no lo hicieron. 120 doláres por una habitación sin aire es muy caro y no se corresponde con lo ofertado. El personal facturó a mi nombre para que me devolvieran el impuesto en el aeropuerto pero conforme allí me dijeron debió haber acompañado un anexo. Falta información al personal.

Mucho calor, no tiene aire acondicionado y no se puede abrir las ventanas por el ruido que viene de la calle.

La atención del personal del Hotel es excelente, son muy considerados y amables. Las instalaciones muy Limpias y confortables, La comida muy buena. Fue muy agradable para mi la Estadia en el Hotel. Mis sinceras Felicitaciones, espero volver pronto.
