It truly is a beautiful, green oasis in the midst of the brown hillsides of the dry season. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The food was excellent and well-served. Payment by credit/debit card was possible. It is a long way from Ibarra--a $20 taxi ride. This was not made clear on the website. Also, on the weekends and sometimes on weekdays from 3-5 pm there is loud music with a strong bass beat blaring all over the grounds. This may be attractive to younger visitors, but it was painful to us.

la suit en la que me hospede la vegetacion las pisinas que prendan los toboganes cuando ya haya mucha gente yo pienso que uno va es por distraccion y pague para divertirme y aun asi prendieron los toboganes a las 11 y la picina de olas al momento que ya me regresaba eso no me parecio pienso que asi haya una persona deberian prender toda clase de distraccion

la oferta que tenia por el internet era casi la mitad delprecio de el hospedaje comun. estuve en la habitacion n 8 y no habia agua caliente

Me cobraron 22% extra al momento de pagar la cuenta sobre el valor que booking.com me habia ofrecido en la reserva, me quicieron cobrar 12% adicional por emitir la factura, no teniamos agua caliente en la habitacion, la TV no funcionaba. El servicio en el restaurant es muy malo y lento
