O preço, acho que é muito caro.

The views from our balcony were pretty, it had facial tissue in the room, 2 bathrooms, coffee machine, fridge and air dryer in room. Found us a good, safe and affordable taxi service. The maid service was excellent but having no top sheet and only a blanket was different, the bed was comfortable. The drain in the shower/tub was repaired on the second day without us even asking and the shower had hot water. Plenty of bottled water left in the room each day.

The staff had no clue what a concierge was or the what the responsibilities were. The grounds were in poor condition but to give credit just as we were leaving the landscape was being worked on. Somebody at the front desk that spoke English was hit and miss on a daily basis. The food in the restaurant was only fair and the portions were small yet expensive. The constant car and building alarms going off made it hard to sleep at times. Children's hand prints on almost every piece of glass in the place were never cleaned on a daily basis. The interior of the elevators were banged up and dirty. Rope lighting on the trees would have pretty if they had worked.

We truly appreciated the staffs ability to communicate with us due to our poor Spanish speaking. We used this location to explore the coast line.

There were no washcloths.

The place is very nice, clean and located just a few steps from beach! The beach is incredible and the view is fantastic!

I didn't get the room that I'd been booking! It supposed to be a luxury double bed room but it wasn't! ,and the people at the front desk didn't realize the fact that I was with three children and gave me a poor solution!

The food was wonderful. We all loved the breakfast!! The staff was very helpful and courteous.

I liked it, so I have no complaints at all.

3 star facilty at best. rooms are not clean just a quick surface cleaning. hotel needs a facelift and upgraded linens and furnishings

The attendant who took me to my room was amazing...he went above an beyond in taking care of me.

When I booked my hotel room and had a confirmation number provided in the email the hotel said they will not accept it and would not let me stay at the hotel at first.....after having me wait 30mins they found me a room I could stay at

The price is high compared to other international hotels..

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. my stay has been prefect from day 1 to the last. I have been helped while changing my reservation from Manta Oro Verde to Guayaquil Oro verde for business reason and everything has been smooth. the location on the beach is perfect. the fitness center and pool really nice, and the restaurant was really good. Sushi bar and breakfast were my preferred. The Hotel General Manager was also very friendly. I will remember my stay with them, I felt at home every day, it's really important when you are on business alone. I will definitely come back.

The staff was consistently helpful, the food was delicious and the view and pool amenities were top notch. The breakfast which was included was excellent and made things much easier; after a brisk morning walk on the beach, breakfast was waiting.

Oro Verde Manta was very relaxing, extremely pleasant and beautiful. The pool is really nice, the beach was very nice and safe. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The food was good, the breakfast was amazing. The manager was always around and he made sure we were comfortable. They gave us a free desert and free drinks to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This hotel is great, it is not a 5 star by us or european standards, but it is very nice and safe. The price was very reasonable.

Front desk staff was excellent ! They knew all the great places to go eat ,the best beaches ,clubs etc as well knew some English to help my less then perfect Spanish skills .....they are pros ! I will stay again .

En realidad el hotel es muy bonito cerca de la playa, muy tranquilo el lugar, existe muy buena atención por parte del personal son muy atentos y los servicios, la piscina, gimnasio y demás muy buenos, lás habitaciones tienen vista a la playa muy chevere

La comida no es muy buena y cara, lo mejor es comer fuera
