The Lobby

Many of the rooms on my floor share the same balcony. Very unsafe and one's privacy is jeporatized. One or two tiny latches lock the window. I was planning a week or so long stay, but quickly "evacuated" once the man in the room adjacent mine stepped out on the 'communal' balcony to naked. Room had a Hostel smell to it.

The staff at this hotel is always very friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast is wonderful, as are the evening views from the top-floor restaurant and bar.

This hotel is a bit pricey, but we are willing to pay the extra for its convenient location and accommodating staff.

Pool, food, cleanliness.

Staff where not helpfull and could not complete simple tasks like keeping us in the same room for more than one night. They overloked our booking. They tried to charge us more for the hotel than what we agreed to pay on booking.com and I had to foreword them the email from booking.com before they would reduce this amount. I would not stay here again.

MY room looked clean--but smelled very badly---- #331--- both room and bathroom PLUS--- no mini-bar-- no coffee maker in room-- for "5-star" this is poor in my opinion--yet quite expensive (for Quito) and with lots of add-ons---- quite a ripoff

We had a room with beautiful green valley views. Top restaurant and free coffee in the lobby at all hours. We would have loved to stay longer. Top hotel perched on top of a wide green valley at the edge of the Mariscal district which is the new city of Quito. Far from the old city, otherwise no complaints.

Que no cuenta con cafetería,ni farmacias cercanas,ni supermercado cercanos.

Las vistas

La conexión Wiffi es muy defectuosa. Se interrumpe constantemente. El cuarto de baño es anticuado

O hotel é bom, o atendimento tembém, a internet funciona bem. O hotel tem uma estrutura para atender turistas que querem descansar, próximo a montanhas, tem uma vista muito boa, tem piscina, sala de ginástica, longe de barulho e em local tranquilo. Mas não é um hotel urbano, tem mais característica para turismo, mochileiros e que está fazendo turismo de aventura.

Sem ar condicionado e frigobar. Longe do local de trabalho. Longe de centro comercial. Hotel não é urbano. Bom para quem quer curtir a natureza mas para quem está a trabalho não é o melhor localizado.

La ubicacion del hotel. Desde el restaurant en el 7mo piso se tiene una vista privilegiada de todo Quito, muy bonito!

Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas pero bien mantenidas.

Достаточно приятный отель, хорошее отношение персонала к гостям. Своевременная уборка номеров. Отличная кухня. Прекрасный вид из ресторана и из номеров на Кито и окрестности. Немного удаленное расположение от центра города, но это не помеха. На такси за совсем небольшие деньги можно спокойно добраться до центра. Могу рекомендовать данный отель для проживания.

Ubicacion, vista, pileta, buena conexion a internet.

Muy anticuado, falta renovacion, muy caro.

La ubicación del hotel es sensacional y esta muy bien desde el punto de vista arquitectonico pero la elección de la decoración es pobre y no es coherente. El hotel ha desaprovechado su potencial, la decoración es mediocre, los colores elegidos de dudoso gusto.El bar es aburrido, el comedor de la planta alta podría ser el mejor de Quito, esta desaprovechado. Llamen al arquitecto Mathieu de Genot en Quito, el les puede hacer un gran trabajo que atraería muchos clientes locales.

La atención del personal de la recepción podría mejorar.

Ha una accoglienza molto bella, con dei fiori bellisimi, la camera espaziosa, pulita e silenziosa.

Non mi è piaciuto l'atteggiamento di una ragazza nella recepcion, non ha prestato attenzione alla domanda che ho fatto e con modo molto indifferente ha risposto, poi per una prenotazione del giorno precedente (ho soggiornato 2 volte) mi è arrivata una comunicazione da parte Vs. Di un no show, pero io mi sono presentata e ho soggiornato (la cosa è un poco strana!!!!), il prezzo della colazione è un poco cara.

Quiero saber por qué para hacer la reserva ponen la opción de "fumador" y después me cobran una multa por hacerlo. Ignoro si hay habitaciones donde se puede fumar y yo solicité fumador, me dieron una habitación y pensé que cumplía con lo que yo había solicitado. Considero que fue una trampa.

Las vistas son espectaculares. Quizás deberían reformar los cuartos de baño que se quedan un poco antiguos, pero en general el servicio y la limpieza son buenos. La atención del personal inmejorable. El wifi va mejor en el lobby que en las habitaciones. Lo recomendaría ya que se encuentra bien situado y, tiene mejores vistas que el marriot que está en medio de varios edificios, en el hotel quito se pueden ver los valles.

Baño debería reformarse y el wifi debería tener más velocidad de descarga en las habitaciones.

Amplia recepción. Muy buen desayuno.

Mi habitación de no fumador olía a cigarrillo. Habitaciones muy antiguas. Vidrios mal insonorizados.

- Staff at reception desk were very busy, leading to queues and taking phonecalls while checking in (from my perspective this is rude). - It was a long walk to our room. - I made a long distance phonecall and the cost seemed very high ($1.50 per minute). - We had a group dinner in the restaurant at the end of a Galapagos trip (January 6, 13 people) and it did not go well. The food took a long time, arrived in a strange sequence and some items were incorrect.
