Very good location. Friendly staff, good facilities. They block $400 from my credit card as a garantee. It continue to be there 3 days after I left

Location, Free Shuffle Every 30 min, View from my room, Beautiful room, staff was very lovely Mini bar @ room was too pricey but I guess not touching the minibar is a golden rule for travelers

Very close to airport, clean, modern, well-appointed rooms, free shuttle to airport, helpful and pleasant bar staff and doormen, extensive security staff, large lockbox/safe in room, fast/free wifi Poorly cooked and prepared food in (empty) restaurant, misinformation from staff at front desk concerning city restaurants, easy access from street and mall levels to room levels by elevator without need for room/security key

Exceptional hotel with a bar. A bridge exists to take you to the nearby mall. Free shuttle to the airport. Close to the GYE airport. I had one scotch and it was about $15.

I like the friendiness of the staff. It was the best I have seen in the area of guayquil. The facility is very nice and the rooms are clean. Very comfortable place to spend the weekend.

Muy buen hotel buena habitacion , buen baño , en general muy bueno No tiene lampara en la mesa de luz junto a la cama y en la noche hay que encender todas las luces para ver y la tv no tiene decodificador por lo que no hay informacion sobre que pelicula estas mirando o la hora de terminacion o el nombre de los programas , fuera de estas cosas minimas todo muy bueno

Esta muy cerca del aeropuerto. Me parece que el precio es un poco elevado para las instalaciones. Los cuartos estan bien, grandes y comodos, pero el hotel no tiene ningún encanto. Nada que destacar. Hotel 100% utilitario.
