The mosquitoes in the room, the size of the room, some of the staff seemed a bit bothered that we were there. As if to say “go away so we can do our paper work alone”.

Very casual atmosphere; staff were not over-officious or grasping. Comfortable enough if you're on your own. Swimming pool and breakfast adequate. It's a couple of dollars in a taxi to the malecon: location is not optimal.

The air conditioning worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The sheets were thinner than paper. It was far from the beach.

It was reasonably priced, comfortable, and staff was helpful when needed.

Didn't like how far it was from the sea and breakfast served in the morning.

I liked the price, however I learned that there are other inexpensive hotels directly on the boardwalk as well. There is a SPA a block away that offers $20/hr massages. An expat sports bar "Score Bar" is in the nearby barrio of San Lorenzo. Breakfast was average, yet staff aims to please.

If I ever go to prison, I hope my 10' x 12' room is just as clean, if not austere. The swimming pool seemed unused, no filter system making any noise.

Although minimal in its offerings (towels, soap, etc.) that Americans are used to -- they never hesitated to provide more when asked. The pool was clean, although we didn't use it. The breakfast included in the very low cost of the stay was excellent-- eggs, pastries, coffee, juice served by very pleasant staff. The computer in the lobby actually worked-- wi-fi in the entire hotel made the stay very convenient and pleasant. Staff even laundered a bag I had spilled ceviche on (phew!) without charge! All in all, a pleasurable and economic choice!

Location a bit far from the "action" of Salinas -- but no more than a $2. taxi ride which was easy to get right in front of the hotel.

Hotel was dirty. Staff was incompenetent. Location was really bad, you had to take a taxi to even have a meal.

Tiene una piscina aparentemente bien mantenida. Estaba bien hasta.... Muy lejos de la playa.. debes pagar 2 dolares de ida, por lo tanto tu alojamiento se incrementa, si quieres llegar a las buenas playas..

estuve tres días con una atención relativamente buena, depende de lo buena onda que seas tú, ya que ellos son muy poco alegres por decir algo...pero el día que me fui se me ha quedado olvidado un bañador en la pieza, y en dos días volví por el, ya que tenía unas condiciones especiales.. un bolsillo con cierre, en donde podía guardar suelto (monedas).. pero se ha extraviado.. se les sugiere guardar las prendas olvidadas ya que el cliente puede volver.. esa prenda tenía una función y es por ello que volví.. no me quedo otra cosa que comprar que bañarme en pelotas en Salinas... recomiendo un hotel atendido por sus dueños en plena playa Chipipe.. Hotel dream beach colonial.. no se arrepentiran.. ubicación perfecta.. sin lujos más que la cercanía de la gran playa que para mi es lujo!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast area was charming and the food was good!

Es un Hotel tranquilo, un poco apartado del ruido del Malecón de Salinas, cama confortable, buen baño y buen servicio de cafetería y desayuno.

Quizá tener que caminar bastante para llegar al Malecón de Salinas.

Propere en nette kamers met airco. Roomservice (opmaken bedden en verversen handdoeken).

Hotel gelegen in desolate buurt aan drukke verkeersweg naar het centrum van Salinas maar op 5 km daar vandaan, dus noodzaak taxi om in centrum en strand te geraken. Gelukkig zijn taxi's goedkoop (1,5 $). Salinas zelf is appartementstad voor Ecuadorianen en Amerikanen maar behalve strand is er geen bal te zien of te beleven.

La falta de limpieza, mi habitación estaba impregnada de olor a tabaco y su mobiliario antiguo y descuidado para llegar a la playa tenía que tomar taxi o bus. No estaba a pie de playa ni a 5 minutos como lo anunciaban. No lo recomendaría hay otras opciones mejores.
