Location, comfort of rooms (good beds, linen, size of room, pleasant staff especially in the Locanda restaurant (excellent btw), good gym, swim/pool, excellent but really excellent breakfast even if you have to pay for it Very slow check out one day when in hurry to leave for airport (only one person on duty), very slow to fetch luggage from room, but worst of all was there on saturday night and was informed at midnight that the very loud noisy party in the hotel would continue until 2am - they wanted me to move all my stuff to another (empty) bedroom but I persuaded them to let me sleep there (no noise at all why why did they not put me there in the first place??????? So a solution was found but was already annoyed at the experience The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is overpriced and not that great would recommend but with precaution about some of these issues

As acomodações sãos impecáveis, o staff é super atencioso, os restaurantes (especialmente o japonês) são show de bola, a localização maravilhosa, perto de tudo, em resumo: o custo-benefício é excelente!

Funcionários atenciosíssimos. Ótimos restaurantes (são cinco). Pequenas gentilezas, como uma flor sobre o travesseiro todas as noites. Café da manhã com comidas típicas, muito gostosas. Não tenho nada a reclamar.

Las intalaciones del hotel muy bonitas, linda piscina. Si, la reservación era para una habitación matrimonial, sin embargo cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación para dos personas, e indicaron que no tenian disponibilidad de la habitación que habiamos solicitado.

El restaurant La Locanda es excelente. El menú es muy bueno y los platillos muy únicos. El baño, el inodoro es muy antiguo y funcionaba mal. Muy incómodo.

Fantastic staff were responsive, accommodating and kind to our kids. Helped arrange several lovely trips and dinners. A wonderful hotel which we would highly recommend to others. We were able to swim, play racquetball, squash and tennis at the hotel. Kids loved it. The hotel restaurants are expensive, especially for breakfast. Consider eating elsewhere as a family.
