A beautiful and peaceful spot to relax and unwind. The best food we had in the galapagos! The staff were amazing hosts and made everything easy for a family traveling with young children. Not far in a taxi from town and a different part of the island that really should be discovered.

The staff are wonderful, so friendly and informative. Especially John. Our room was big, spotless and had a private balcony. The grounds are fabulous with various fruit trees, exotic plants and pool & hammock area. We loved the location in the highlands away from the hussel and bussel of the port. Expect to take taxis or rent a bike

This guesthouse is not where you want to stay. It is far from everything and there is no local transport to centre. We were stuck in a place where there was nothing to do and where staff was away for long periodes.

Nice garden and view, spacious. Owners friendly.

No hot water, bugs got into bathroom, overpriced, not a real pool, staff a bit amateur, problems taking credit.

Very very nice staff. Problems are solved. Great rooms.

As it is 15 minutes drive from Puerto Ayora, it is not very convenient. Also more rainy then in PA town. Fairly pricey. Patchy wifi as often in the Galapagos.

They will prepare what you like for meals at reasonable rates. Very accommodating. 10-15 minutes north of Port Ayora and 10 12 degrees cooler. Grow their own coffee

what's not to like?! the hotel is located in a beautiful highland area of Santa Cruz, very clean, comfortable and has the best chef on the Island. The hotel was built to be eco friendly and the owners provide all organic meals with all food grown there on their property and fish/meats are fresh provided daily from the island. Jose, his family and staff went out of their way to make sure that our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. This hotel is truly a Galapagos gem and highly recommend it!

Our fault - a taxi ride to Puerto Ayora Could do with few more things in the room as it had an eating area e.g glasses, crockery, cutlery perhaps

The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Beautiful grounds with lush vegetation including banana trees for fresh bananas at breakfast. They stock the small fridge with a variety of beverages at very reasonable prices. Very clean with consistent hot showers.

They offer bicycle rental but the bikes are in poor shape and not properly maintained. We wound up with two flats and had to call a cab. The owner apologized and did not charge us for the rental. While we were good with the location be aware that it is several kilometers outside of the main town of Puerto Ayora. However, the owner will call a taxi for you and the fair is $4-$5.
