The hotel was near the city center with our car. The room was clean and sufficiently comfortable. We will stay there again. The shower facility could be improved with a bar for shwoer height adjustment. The bathroom was very compact with which little can be done for improvement. |

Free wireless internet connection. Ridiculous bathroom (2 square metres) - shower and hand basin all together! Very little and not nice room. 15-20' walk to the city centre. |

Clean and nicely decorated room, relatively quiet surroundings, friendly staff and and safe parking place for car. No airconditioning, difficult access to the room if you travel heavy (no elevator). Even in junior suite, there is no minibar. Very bad views from the balcony. Breakfast staff sometimes slow filling up the buffet table. |

The room was quite big and the furnitures were pretty. A nice and clean bathroom. The bed was really comfortable! Free internet in the lobby. Maybe the breakfast... not that good. And the hotel was located a bit far our from the city center, about a 15-20 minutes walk. |

I was very impressed with the highly professional attitude of the hotel staff and their extremely pleasant manners. The pillows were quite small and a bit too soft for my liking.Also I'm 5'11'' and I couldn't lie down properly in the bath. |

Nice large rooms with microwave owen (!). Nice location on calm street with beautiful wooden houses. Nice cheap breakfast. They don't accept AmEx cards, unlike stated here, though they accept Maestro! The staff speaks good English, but sometimes doesn't understand Russian |

We found the scandinavian decor, and the suite decor conducive to a restful stay. The staff at the front dest was helful with questions about the area. The third floor walk up was dificult with suitcases, and if there was an elevator, it was not offered to us. The internet connection key was also not offered upon arrival, nor in our room literature. |

The girl at the reception was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and cosy. There is a free internet connection. The hotel is situated in a nice, quiet place, 7-10 minutes walk from the bus station. I really loved my stay there and will certainly come again! |

Rauhallinen hotelli sopivan kävelymatkan päässä kaupungin ydinkeskustasta. Plussaa oli myös suojattu parkkipaikka autolle ja. ystävällinen palvelu hotellin aulassa. Kaiken kaikkiaan hotelli oli "hintansa väärtti". Taulut lisäisivät hotellihuoneiden viihtyisyyttä. Kun suihkua käytti niin lattiakaivon sijainnista johtuen koko kylpyhuoneen lattia oli veden peitossa. |

Tarvittaessa olisi voinut hyödyntää mikroa ja jääkaappia pikku ruokailuun.Aamupala oli hyvä ja runsas. Pesuhuoneen lattian kaato huone 213 on huono.Vesi jää seisomaan oven eteen.Kuivauslasta olisi korjannut osittain rakennusmiesten virheen. |
