Friendly staff, beautiful building and room (junior suite), possibility to park motorcycles at the inner court, excellent location. Easily spoiling foodstaff (cheese,milk,yoghurt,meat,fish) was hours at the room temperature during the breakfast time. |

Bathroom was extremely dirty ... as was the bed. Breakfast was poor. Apparently the hotel pays the local tourist newspaper as it is everywhere presented as a tip due to its wonderful rooms etc. |

Bisnesmatkan pikavisiittiin juuri sopiva, tarvitsimme vain yöpymispaikan, sen tehtävän täytti Hotellihuone kolkko ja kalsea, vuoteen reunan yli hankala mennä sänkyyn ja nousta ylös. Useamman päivän oleskelu ei olisi tullut kyseeseen, näin syksyllä ankeaa piharakennuksen I-kerroksessa |

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Huoneet olivat tilavat ja toisessa oli poreamme ja sauna. Sisäpiha varmasti kesäaikaan viihtyisä (kävimme syksyllä). Kotoinen tunnelma. |

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Mein Zimmer war groß, sauber und mit lauter praktischen Details versehen, die das Leben in einem Hotel angenehmer machen, also z.B. Wasserkocher mit Teebeuteln und Tassen, Schuhlöffel, Schuhputzzeug, Föhn,... Manchmal fehlen diese Dinge sogar in wesentlich teureren Hotels. Im Alex Maja waren sie alle vorhanden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Und die Lage ist einfach toll. Sowohl das Hotel als auch die Stadt Pärnu kann ich wirklich nur für einen Urlaub empfehlen! |

Henkilökunnan iloinen yleisilme. Tunsi olevansa tervetullut. Hyvä aamupala. Lämmin huone ja suihkutilassa myös lattialämpö. Loistava sijainti aivan keskustassa ja kuitenkin rannan tuntumassa. Autolle löytyi parkkipaikka vain yleiseltä pysäköintialueelta. |

Viihtyisä hotelli aivan Pärnun keskustassa, moottoripyörät sai aidattuun terassi-ravintolaan parkkiin. Pöydät vain kasaan ja pyörät tilalla. Karaoke kuuluu ainakin viikonloppuisin huoneisiin. |

Hotelli sijaitsi keskeisellä paikalla ja huone oli siisti ja tilava. Auton parkkeeraus oli vaivatonta. Henkilökunta ei ollut kovin palvelualtista ja välillä olikin mahdotonta erottaa, kuka kuului henkilkuntaan ja kuka ei. Kylpyhuoneen ilmanvaihdossa oli ongelmia, minkä seurauksena laattojen saumoissa kukkivat pienet homepilkut. |

Sviitin saunasta iso plussa. Hotellin sijainti erinomainen! Huoneita ei siivottu lainkaan oleskelumme aikana (3 yötä). Ei haitannut muuten, mutta lattiat olisi ollut hyvä välillä pyyhkäistä. Meteli ravintolasta kuului tosi hyvin huoneeseen, joten se häiritsi jonkin verran. |

Läget i Pärnu är bra, mitt i centrum och med promenadavstånd ner till den långa stranden. Boendet känns mer som ett värdshus med övernattningsrum. Juniorsviten vi bodde i var rymlig men inte speciellt mysig och med en heltäckningsmatta på golvet. Extrasängarna (fällsängar) var mycket obekväma så det slutade med att barnen sov i en soffa samt hos föräldrarna (vi slapp dock att betala för extrasängarna). Mycket spartansk frukost i den annars trevliga restaurangen. Störande ljud på kvällen från den finska karaoken i restaurangen. |
