Two brand new (opened in June 2012) apartements in a pretty, traditional wooden house with a neat small frontlane. Great location overlooking the Kuressare castle, very quiet area, yet only 5 minutes away (by foot) from the centre. The owners, who have their house in the backyard, are really friendly. The apts are simply yet tastefully furnished and decorated, and boast a fully equiped kitchenette (oven-microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher,...), flatscreen TV and free WiFi. Great for families, but perfect for a couple (or two, the apartment offers a twin bedroom and a sofa bed) as well. Not the cheapest accomodation you could find, but definitely worth it. Loved it!

Best possible location, everything at walking distance. Apartment itself clean and comfortable. Possibilities to cook in the case you feel lazy in the morning or you are travelling with small children.

We stayed two nights in this lovely small house with two apartments. The location is just great, front windows have a view to Kuressaare Castle, and the the town center is within 5 minutes walk, as is the beach/playground which is suitable also for smaller children. To us it looked like the house was brand new inside, while still keeping the old, beautiful traditional house outlook. Everything in the apartment interior is first class, and it is decorated with very good, modern taste. Traveling with kids, we noticed that we tried to be extra careful with them in order to not to make too much mess. It is so beautiful. The house and garden are very pretty and since Allee is quite popular cruising street in Kuressaare, you need to get used to people looking at your stay there.

Perfect location. Close to the city center as well as to the beach where you can relax during the hot day. Rooms are nice, cosy and clean. Neveetheless you stay in the old stile wooden house, but equipment is very modern. Owners are very nice and friendly. If I come back to Kuressaare, I wil definitely stay in alle Apartments again!

1.Расположение 2.Очень уютный домик 3.Есть все необходимое 4.Идеальное соотношение цена-качество 1.Домик разбит на две части,если бы во второй половине были другие гости наверно были бы небольшие неудобства.

Апартаменты расположены в самом центре города, из окна чудесный вид на замок. Очень уютно, отличная обстановка, милая хозяйка. Если поедем еще, постараемся остановиться там же.

Excellent apartment and nice location very close to center. Place was easy to find even without navigation and family who is renting this apartment was very helpful. Garden in back yard is beautiful and there are also toys for children. My 2-years old son liked this place much! I definitely come again!

Allee Apartements on Kuressaaren linnan vieressä oleva vanha asuinrakennus, joka on juuri kunnostettu ja sisustettu todella hyvällä maulla ja laadukkaasti. Huoneistossa, joka meillä oli, oli uusi valkoinen korkeatasoinen keittiö, upea suiku-wc sadesuihkuineen ja kaunis pieni makuuhuone. Talo sijaitsee kadun varrella ja näkymä oleskelutilasta oli linnaan päin. Tontin takaosaan omistajaperhe on rakentanut oman talonsa ja kaunista pihaa trampoliineineen saimme myös käyttää. Kohde sopii omatoimiseen asumiseen ja mielestäni hinta-laatusuhde oli yllättävän hyvä.

Hieno 1800-luvun pientalo on vasta remontoitu kahdeksi lomahuoneistoksi, joissa on varsin siisti kylpyhuone ja minikeittiö jääkaappeineen. Pienehkössä makuuhuoneessa on parivuode ja toisen huoneen sohvan saa avattua isommillekin lapsille riittäväksi vuoteeksi. Sijainti on erinomainen parin sadan metrin päässä linnasta, hiekkarannasta ja Kuressaaren pääkadusta.

Erinomainen sijainti ja alueen rauhallisuus. Ikkunasta näkyi hienosti Kuressaaren piispanlinna ja puistoa. Huoneisto oli ihastuttavalla tavalla vanhaa ja uutta yhdistävä. Majoittuminen oli helppoa ja henkilökunta superystävällistä ja miellyttävää. Ainoat pienet korjattavat asiat voisivat olla narisevan kylpyhuoneen oven korjaus ja rikkaharjasetti (meillä tuli läheisetä uimarannalta hiekkaa uimapukujen ja pyyhkeiden mukana ja olisi ollut kätevää harjalla pyyhkäistä ne lattialta roskiin)
