At the prekfast, it would be good to get coffee quicker (also refill).
Great location, small-hotel feel with sufficient privacy. Attentive service and high-quality facilities with character.
Staff were helpful Restuarant area was very nice
The room I stayed in needed some repairs. Electric sockets not working Bathroom panels loose or falling off Wine glasses covered in dust
Very close to centre with all it's restuarants. Beautiful room in a beautiful hotel. I could not fault the service from every member of staff I came in contact with.
Waitress was a bit slow at breakfast.
- excellent service - quiet room - different, old-style room - good breakfast - good location in the old town, right opposite to the university main building - nice atmosphere
Location. Breakfast. Room.
beautifully restored house lovely rooms lots of space big bathroom perfect location downtown, everything in walking distance quiet
Thought it would be kitsch but was actually quite beautiful and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the bath (but you might need to ask for a room with a bath as not all have them). Helpful staff.
Been there twice and still no dissapointment. Recommended, if you are visiting Tartu!
Staff are very polite and the location is suitable for city trip.
You need to pay the parking fee except for weekend.
Location, friendliness of staff, original style, great bathroom and lovely towels
Very noisy room because it faced street
Staff, breakfast, rooms and cleanliness were very good!
Style, building, staff, rooms...location BREAKFAST. ....and parking right outside free at weekends
Breakfast: possibility to order from a la carte list. Big room, location
bed was too soft
Excellent service, friendly staff, very good breakfast, attractively decorated rooms and hotel
No private parking
Staff were extremely helpful. I was ill while there so was very grateful for all the help I received. We had no complaints at all -- excellent hotel and perfect venue for the University and town centre.
All very good!
Great location in the heart of Tartu. Stylish and beautiful building. Staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was absolutely HUGE, with a huge marble bathroom including a wet-room shower. Room was very comfortable including the air conditioning. Breakfasts delicious - with champagne included! We loved this place so much that we changed our plans and booked a second night (original intention was to stay at Alatskivi). Staff also arranged a taxi to take us to a wedding, no problem at all. I highly recommend this place. Tartu itself is a great place for nights out, and very reasonably priced.
Parking is not included - but if you ask the staff at the desk they will show you where you can park for free, about 5 minutes walk away. Street parking in the old town is fairly expensive.
Great hotel, location and excellent staff would of stayed longer if we could.
Room.Bath.Breakfast. Atmosphere excellent.
Penthouse-room little bit bright in the morning, or i didn't know how to use skylight windows curtain.
Check-in and checkout was very quick, cozy boutique hotel in really center of Tartu, all good restaurants just around the corner. We will be back.
We were upgraded to suite, which was a bit too big room for us :) No, it was super!
The room was lovely. It's a little pricey but you get a great room and a really good breakfast. But what was most impressive was the staff who went the "extra mile" for whatever was required. Also especially loved the batchroom where the shower was in affect a wet room. And the bathroom had windows.
The only slight drawback was that I was on the 2nd floor (which is one up from ground), so you were concerned that people on the opposite street could see into the bathroom
